This is an awesome collection, and you just can't not fall in Love with the Lord if you listen to these songs. They are so reverent and worship-full. (my new word!) You can tell Matt is a close personal friend of our Lord Jesus Christ, and I Love to join in and worship with him, in spirit and in truth! I highly recommend this CD! this album is amoung the top contemporary christian albums for the last 10 years! I've no idea why it got no radio play except one, when asked, said they didn't get the release from the label.
But its up there with Newsboys (Devotion) Chris Tomlin (Noise We Make and newer) Hillsong United etc etc .... well worth the money!

There's another worship cd entitled Facedown. However, it is by Graham Davis, and it is an excellent cd. He led worship for a group of high schoolers a few years ago, and it was great. You should definitely check him out.Free Music Review: Jeffreyh

Matt Redman is a premier singer/song writer, and in my opinion a notch above Michael W. Smith. Matt refuses to be a prisoner of method or predictabilibility in his writing. This particular project reaches heights where other popular Christian artists would not have the fortitude to go beyond what sounds 'safe'. His music is reflective of a very creative mind, and a heart given to the supremacy of Jesus Christ, and his lyrics testify to the validity of The Gospel, which he clings to very evidently as a common thread throughout every song.
