Free Music Review: I have commited a heavy metal crime
Hit: 5 Stars

This is the first time I have listened to rust in peace.I told my best friend that and I was almost bitch slapped.thank god I ducked.but anyway back to the album. At first I didn't like the vocal style but after a while I got used to it.a couple people said that a couple songs the vocals were redone.my first listen I noticed no difference.after 14 years, dave still got it.He still got that snarl and he still can hit those high notes.there no filler on this album.megadeth have released several amazing albums.Even more than metallica.I have bought all the remasters now.Rust in Peace is without a doubt there best album. Its their masterpiece towards the end of the 80's and beginning of grunge.I just wish I could describe more about this album.GET THIS ALBUM OR ENGLISH DAMMIT!!!!!!!

Free Music Review: My favorite Megadeth album!
Hit: 5 Stars

This album is simply amazing, its the IN UTERO of heavy metal with darker lyrics, more haunting riffs and down right whoop ass metal! I almost wasn't able to buy this album 'cause of the Goddamn PMRC..HAH! YOU F*CKIN LOSERS!! YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD STOP METAL??? YOU'LL ALL BURN IN HELL!!! Okay, I've stopped so about this album: Its just awesome! Even this version where Daves new vocals are worse never ceases to f***ing amaze me! This is better than Peace Sells and better than The System has Failed because half the songs on here are perfect whereas maybe three songs on the other ones were perfect, but this is just Metal Classic to the Nth degree! I really cant explain how awesome this is, I really cant! This maybe the only album where it has been so good that I am speechless of its brilliance!

Free Music Review: Amazing piece of work
Hit: 5 Stars

If anything, you should get this cd BECAUSE of "Holy Wars-Punishment is Due and Rust in Piece". Holy Wars is a BLISTERING opening track that is brutal as it is intelligent. For those who know me and my reviews (especially family) know that I try to say my piece (peace) with intelligence. Well Mustaine, Elfson, Friedman and Menza have put out a metal masterpiece. We know the history of Mustaine & Elfson. Friedman & Menza are the SECOND best line-up for the 'deth (Poland and GAR RULE!). Swift and on point drumming by Menza who kept the music flowing PERFECTLY! Marty is an amazing soloist. Beyond Mustain's growling and Elfson's thundering, Menza and Friedman held it DOWN on this CLASSIC piece of music.

Free Music Review: Megadeth's Best Studio Album!!
Hit: 5 Stars

I'm not doing the review on the remaster of the album, I'm doing on the album.
I forgot how much I love this album, my all time favorite speed metal album.

HANGAR 18 10/10
TAKE NO PRISONERS 10/10
FIVE MAGICS 9/10
RUST IN PEACE...POLARIS 10/10
HOLY WARS...THE PUNISHMENT DUE 10/10

These are the top 5 songs I recommend on this album.
Don't get me wrong the whole album is good, but these are my favorite.
DAVE & MARTY were a great team on this album, this is the best guitar playing on a album from MEGADETH.
And the drums sound like they're about to explode out from the speakers.
DAVE's Vocals sounds pissed off as usual, be ready cause THE PUNISHMENT IS DUE!!
I rate this CD a 10 from 1to10!!

Free Music Review: For the people who complained about the Remaster....
Hit: 5 Stars

In 2002, Mustaine remastered the debut Megadeth album, Killing Is My Business... And Business Is Good!, including three extra bonus tracks and a new album cover completely different from the original. Inspired by the positive outcome of the re-release, he worked to remaster all of the subsequent Megadeth albums which had been recorded with Capitol Records (up to 1999's Risk).

Rust in Peace was re-released in 2004 with a new sound and four new bonus tracks. During the audio mixing process, Mustaine found that the original lead vocal tracks for "Take No Prisoners", "Five Magics" and "Lucretia" were missing - he had no choice but to re-record the vocals on "Take No Prisoners" and use alternate takes for "Lucretia" and "Five Magics".
