My wife bought "Almost There" for me. I had never heard of Mercy Me, however I fell for the song "I Can Only Imagine", like anyone else I know that has heard that CD. So I saw their latest release and bought it without first hearing a single song. I was not disappointed in the least, very impressed with it. Many, many songs on this CD touch me and are very well done...."Here With Me" is my favorite, "Homesick" a close second, with "In the Blink of an Eye", "Unaware", and others that are all excellent. Some people say praise and worship music should get you focused on God and Jesus Christ and not on the artist themself. Mercy Me does that, and so I see them as a true Christian music group. Many Christian rock bands are good, but these groups are actually somewhat secular by this measure. Praise God! I recommned this album. He loves us, He made us, He gave us all of this. Lord, help me to use this computer, and web resource for Your greater glory. Lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil. Amen!Free Music Review: desperately....undone

This is another great cd by Mercy Me.
My husband, who really won't listen to "christian music," even likes it. (Sports junky) He bought me the dvd concert footage as a surprise because he likes it so much.
My whole family likes this group--from my mom (in her 70's) to my four-year-old son (who knows all the words!).
The title song is especially good. And it seems like youcan never miss with track 3 on a Mercy Me cd! It's a favorite!

From the opening lines of "Where You lead me" to "When You Called My Name" this CD does not disappoint ! Their power pop is infectious and their lyrics are solid. Buy this CD any every track will speak to you. Their solid music playing and thoughtful lyrics cannot be missed. This is a great CD to give to someone who is not a Christian. It is so well done that it can carry its own weight. BUY this CD!
