Metallica live is...oh man, I can't even use words to justify how awsome this thing is - The San Diego DVD just kicks, and blows me away, these guys are crazy! This is why Metallica is my favorite band - they put on a good show, have fun, and do whatever they want! They know how to give it to the fans! When I watch and listen to this, I always feel like I'm in the crowd and I can't help but to join along - if I was really at the shows,...that would be my heaven!
If you are a Metallica fan this is a must have and get your $50 for this! It's worth it!! This is a lot better than their S&M DVD - and they still had their headbanging hair too!!!

This box-set proves the raw power and force Metallica's live shows offer.James is one of the best frontmen in the music industry.If youve Never seen them live you need to get this cd/dvd Package.3 concerts...2 from the Black Album tour and 1 from the Justice tour.Excellant Live Versions of "one" "Master of Puppets","Harvester of Sorrow" "Whiplash" and "Fade To Black" just to name a few.This is definatly worth the money.I also Suggest you get the Origional Box set also because im sure its just a matter of time before they stop making them.Free Music Review: AWESOME!!!!! This was one of the albums I listed as one of my favorite live albums. It truley is one of my favorites, some of the songs were extended because James was talking to the crowd and whould always have them do stuff, "seek and destroy" lasted for 16 minutees because of it but that's still ok. I can handle that kinda stuff. The DVD'S are pretty good too. I just enjoyed listen to it and was sad when it was over. But I got over it *sniffle sniffle*, anyways, just by the album, it just rocks. Oh and the other bad thing is, they cut "master of puppets" short, but this album still needs 5 stars.Free Music Review: One of my favorites!!

I live with regrets now after hearing this music. I was never a really big fan of theirs and owned none of their music. I am, however, a big 'live' music fan of all types. If it's good live, I like the band!
I thought this set was FANTASTIC! My regrets are that I never went to see them live when I had the chances. Big mistake.
This is truly a great musical set. For those true Metallica fans, good for you for being there before, during and after these concerts. You've seen one of the greatest Rock and Roll bands to walk the earth. Truly a great buy!!!!

A perfect chance to see Metallica at the height of their career. Hammering out classics like "Master of Puppets" and "Creeping Death", as well as fleshing out newer gems like "The Unforgiven" (rarely played since the Nowhere Else to Roam tour), Live Sh*t is the be-all and end-all of Metallica live albums. Rivaled probably only by S&M, the quality of songs on these music CDs and DVDs is nothing but astounding. Simply stated, an absolute must for a Metallica fan, or someone wanting to get into Metallica. Not recommended for casual fans for fear of serious "whiplash" (heh heh).
