Free Music Notes for Call Me IrresponsibleFree Music Review: Call Me Irresponsible, by Michael Buble Hit: 5 Stars
Michael Buble's voice reminds me of dark and luxurious velvet. If you want to romance or let someone know how much you love them, this is the CD to use. Having a strong voice does not mean having to belt out a tune at the top of your lungs, why that is so important in the singing reality shows is beyond me. Michael Buble's voice is strong when it needs to be, soft and gentle as it should be, and always at just the right tone and pitch; never too high. There is no other way to enjoy this CD than with the lights down low, your favorite wine, no interruptions and holding your love not tightly, but like Buble's voice...just right and magical. I guarantee the kiss will be soft, gentle, oh so loving, and of course...just right and magical as well.
Free Music Review: His best album yet! Hit: 5 Stars
I first listened to Michael Buble with his song "Swing" that my mother loved. She got his debut album "MIchael Buble" and I was listening to that one a lot. I thought it was a good quality album, a classic. I thought he might not be able to top that album but I was wrong. "Call Me Irresponsible" is probably his best album yet. I like every song and his voice continues to grow with every album unlike some artists who manage to get worse (Alicia Keys, Celine Dion, etc). My favorite songs are "The Best Is Yet To Come" and "Always On My Mind." I remain a Michael Buble fan for life and kudos to him and his management for producing yet another flawless album. If you like old standards this album is for you... HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
Free Music Review: This CD is a fitting tribute to the days of the rat pack Hit: 5 Stars
I think this CD is the best Michael has done since his self titled debut album Michael Buble. As another reviewer mentioned it is Michael's tribute to 1960's Vegas style music. The songs blend so well together on the CD it is hard to tell the covers from the new ones because Michael once again does what he does best blend modern versions of the old clasics with new original songs. The staand outs are the songs Everything, I'm comming home in which Boyz to Men lend their voices to sing back up to Michal. Me and Mrs, Jones in which Michael injects passion and soul to a song I never realy liked before I heard his version on this CD. I am also pleased with the fact that Michael once again has the smile back in his voice.
Free Music Review: His best yet........ Hit: 5 Stars
Possibly his best yet. Even though he is terrific at covering Sinatra classics he seems to have moved away and found his own niche. This CD has a great selection of songs from Eric Claptons Wonderful Tonight to Willy Nelsons Always on my Mind and for good measure a couple of Sinatras thrown in. His talent just grows and grows. Having seen him perform live I have no doubt that this mans popularity will continue to increase, hes a terrific showman, a true professional and he has the ability to laugh at himself which makes him even more appealing. I never have this CD off the player, terrific to listen to when driving. An absolute must for people who like the 60's Rat Pack smoothies. Cant wait for his next one!
Free Music Review: Excellent Album Again from Michael Buble! Hit: 5 Stars
This is Michael Buble's best album yet. It's hard to pick a favorite because almost every song is great. Some of his best songs on the album are actually the one's he wrote which on this album are "Lost" and "Everything". But of course I love the variety of the great songs he interprets. Michael has the ability to make a song his own. I didn't like the original "Me and Mr's Jones" or "I am Your Man" but Michael has interpreted these songs beautifully and I love these songs now. Get the album, you'll love it. And if you have an opportunity, go see him live, you will have a whole new appreciation for Michael Buble. I recommend his DVD "Caught in the Act" for a great live concert performance.
