Free Music Notes for Michael Jackson 25th Anniversary of Thriller (CD+DVD)Free Music Review: why he was once king Hit: 5 Stars
It's not just the improved clarity on the reissue that makes this a must to own, it's how the bonus track collaborations with Fergie and others show clearly that 1980's Michael Jackson would rule over today's stars as well. These Anniversary releases allow us to revisit a beautiful work of art - in this case the album of the 80s by the King of Pop. It's a shame that musical genius must be one misstep from insanity, Jackson just another example of one who soared with eagles before crashing into the cliffside like Wile E. Coyote on an Acme rocket.
Free Music Review: 25 thriller Hit: 5 Stars
Thriller has been the best selling album ever released. The Song ''Billie Jean'' has had bass guitar in it.The rude ''wanna be startin' somthin'' acctully has a good beat.''Baby Be Mine'' could be famous some day.''Beat It'' goes good and the world goes wild!!!But ''The Girl Is Mine'' does have Paul McCartney in it.Rod Temperton`s song ''Thriller'' has a scary laugh at the end.How Could I Forget ''P.Y.T (Pretty young thing)''?''The Lady In My Life'' is cool.Will.i.a.m, Akon and Freagy worked hard on thriller too.It All Started At 1982.Will
Free Music Review: A must own classic. It will be remembered for years. Hit: 5 Stars
I'll keep this short and simple.
Regardless of how you feel about MJ as person, no one can deny his influence on pop music. Catchy lyrics, tight beats, stage presence, etc.. He didn't "invent" these concepts, he just mastered them, and to this day all pop artist owe a little bit of their craft to MJ.
That being said, this is a classic album. This was one of the first albums I ever owned. You owe it to yourself to own it too. It's been a while since I spun this CD, but it put a big smile on my face today.

Free Music Review: Great Classic Buy Hit: 5 Stars
The Thriller Album is Michael Jackson's star making album. Especially if you're a child of the 80s. It was a mulitple grammy award winner when winning 1 grammy was a big deal.
The album holds up well. I recommend the 25th Anniversary edition, because I'm one of those persons who likes updated versions. But it isn;t necessary. The newer songs just don't add to the originals.
As for the DVD, it's a gem because it features that famous Motown performance. You know the one where he debuted the moonwalk.
