This is a great collection...and trust me, after this you don't need his other albums. (No just kidding, they are great too).
This features some of the biggest hits of music history including Thriller tracks, tracks from his album "Bad" which spawned 5 number one singles. Dangerous hits including the remix for "Who Is It".

Free Music Review: Why the stupidity?

Michael Jackson is an unequivocal entertainer - perhaps the greatest of all time. The echelon of greatness on which his dance and performance rest may never be again reached in our lifetimes, or those of our children. I have been a fan since I was just five years old.
Even a fan as hardcore as I must, however, admit that Michael Jackson's mental atrophy is progressing at an alarming rate. He is the best musician of our generation(s), but as a man, he is flawed - not all of which is his fault, considering his upbringing.
But this does not justify denigration of him as a person. Here in America, we believe in innocent until proven guilty, yet some reviewers, as I have read, have already convicted Michael in the court of public opinion. If you have not already been informed, please note that your judgmental hypocrisy is directly opposed to the nature of the American dream, and your superfluous condemnations are less than intelligent.
As for the Collection, it is incredible. A few of my personal favorite songs like "Give In To Me" and "She Drives Me Wild" did not make it onto the collection, but it is nevertheless a stunningly complete summation of MJ's work. I hope all of you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Michael Jackson is one of the world's greatest superstars. His talent is beyond imaginary. Many people may criticize Michael for putting out too many records with the same songs on it. For example HIStory: Past present and future, was 2 disc compilation. Disc one was a greatest hits cd. In 2001 he re-released that first disc and in 2003, he release Number Ones. However the ULTIMATE COLLECTION BOX SET is DEFINETELY worth your money even though some songs are re-released. However you also get many songs which have NEVER been released as well as songs with different versions. P.Y.T., Dangerous, and Who Is It are just some of those examples. New songs such as The Way You Love me and We've Had Enough, just to name are few, are some of my favourites on this box set. What makes this even more worth your money is the LIVE DVD concert that comes with it. This 2hr concert was once broadcasted around the world and it was one of the greatest concert productions EVER in the world. This FULLY LOADED concert is so amazing, i watched it 3 times IN A ROW! Yes, it is THAT good. I'm pretty sure all you Michael Jackson fans already own this, but for those of you who are not big fans of Michael, GET IT! Order update. I just found out my order was shipped yesterday. I hope that everyone else who ordered the same time as I will be getting theirs too. FYI, the price did not change from my orginial purchase date.I am certainly glad to see I am not the only one still waiting to get my cd's. Not that I am glad everyone else is having to wait, I am just happy that I am not the only one. I placed my order on June 26, 2009. The original estimated shipping date was no later than July 5th until it was pushed back to estimated shipping on July 27, 2009 thru August 5, 2009. I called Amazon yesterday to see if they have a shipping date planned for my cd's since I am currently within the shipping timeframe but they did not have any other information except for the shipping timeframe. I also asked if the price of the cd's would remain the same as the day I purchased the cd's, which is less than the cd's are going for now. Amazon said that the price of the cd's will not change from the day I ordered. I hope the guy knew what he was talking about because I know how that goes......one customer service rep says one thing and another says something completly different. Hit: 5 Stars Instead of reviewing this album, like I wish I could, I'm just too tempted to respond to that "kid" Meggie, who wrote a review..that was based on...well...nothing.
Again, a review is based upon something you have heard. Her reasons for not buying this album is similar to the reasons that the other 1 star reviewers gave: his personal life. May I stress that his personal life has affected his music, and therefore, his personal life must be grand because he has grand music. His personal life is misunderstood, but we obviously don't need a kid to come on here, and bring up silly rumors that made me pee in my pants. Hahha... she says MJ has green blood? His nose? His face? His wife? That affects the great songs he has produced? That affects the music he has helped us enjoy: his new music: Wev'e Had Enough, THe Way You Love Me, Beautiful Girl, Fall Again. They are all great. But again, a gullable person must always take a piece of chocolate pie, and choke on it, regurgitating desperate attempts to bring the reigining king of music: Michael Jackson. And therefore Meggie, sweetie, honey-pie, I marked your review has "not helpful" and reported it to Amazon.com.
