I ordered my set about 3 weeks ago. I turned 40 this past August 6th. I wanted it in time for my birthday. I got it on August 11th, this past Tuesday. I have not stopped playing these CDs everyday! From the early J5 to the recent jams, it is just awesome! And a great birthday present to me. I had an 80's birthday party also. We had a moonwalking contest in MJ's honor. TAlk about fun! Michael Jackson was a gift from God. He used his gifts of music to bless us. I no longer cry when I hear his music. I cried the after the memorial service for about a week. I am celebrating his life and not paying any attention to the media. The DVD will make you "tired" just from watching one of his songs. For him to dance and sing like that for 45 years! Wow! This collection is a must have for all true Michael Jackson/J5 fans. May he rest in peace and paradise! I love you Michael!Thank you for the real music, dancing and the memories. Michael Jackson: The Ultimate Collection lives up to its name. It is comprised of 4 audio CDs crammed with almost all of his major hits, and a DVD featuring the 1993 Dangerous Concert - Live in Bucharest. In my opinion, there are too many hits missing (The Love You Save, Music and Me, Mama's Pearl, One Day in Your Life, Blame It on the Boogie, Human Nature, We Are the World, Another Part of Me, etc.) And the DVD quality is good, but, it's often hard to understand him. His voice is almost hoarse, and the back-up singers sound awful. If he had included a DVD of the Victory Tour or the Bad Tour, it would have been better. He should have added three DVDs consisting of music videos (easy to find videos and hard to find rarities, e.g. "Billie Jean" - live from the Victory Tour), concerts, and movies (i.e. Moonwalker). Despite the absences of certain songs and performances, the Ulitmate Collection is a wothry addition to anyone's music collection.Free Music Review: Michael Jackson fan 4 LIFE!!

I'm a fan of the "King's" music as well as his amazing dancing moves. Is there another artist with such legendary style and coolness? The man is just BAD and I'll forever be in his corner despite all the haters that like to judge him and don't even know him. They don't wanna be startin' somethin'! I already have HIStory book 1 which I've treasured for years that has a lot of his greatest hits (30 tracks/2 discs) 13 of which aren't included in this set, but I'm also buying this boxed set because it offers such a complete collection including personal favorites I didnt yet have: dirty diana, smooth criminal, Jam, Blood on the dance floor, & you rock my world...even songs back from the Jacksons era. I just wish this was released in the superior SACD format instead. This is actually the first boxed set I've bought from any artist, fitting it's from the greatest. I was very pleased when i got my Michael Jackson Ultimate Collection in the mail. Right from the minute i seen it, i could already tell i was going to enjoy it. The packaging is great. The new and unissued songs are great. "Cheater" is a must hear and Michael's new single "We've Had Enough" is amazing, similar to Man In The Mirror.The song "On The Line" was a rare find,its similar to You Are Not Alone and is very relaxing. Even if your not a fan of Michael Jackson this is an excellent christmas present. It is a collection of all MJ's best hits dating back to the Jackson 5, through the days of Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, History, Blood On The Dance Floor and Invincible and new songs. The DVD of Michael's concert is spactacular and cannot be summed up into words. I have been on this collection the past few weeks or so! It was long overdue to combine all his hits from Jackson 5 to Jacksons to solo on 4 CDs and the one live concert CD that was aired on HBO. I love the unreleased songs that didn't make the albums, especially the one that didn't make his 2001 Invincible album. I love We've Had Enough and its textured sound and landscapes. I noticed a lot of demos here of those future hit songs. Michael Jackson knows how to make these great songs with rhythm and hooks and melodies that stick in your head for days! Number Ones last year was just for those who don't want to shell out $50-55 for a box set like this one. This is far more comprehensive and bigger. And that it has 57 songs is quite something and enough for the listener! This is the true ultimate collection from the true King of Pop!!!!!
