I'm a little late to the game when it comes to being a Mika fan, but in this case, it is definitely better late than never. This CD is phenomenal! His style! His voice! The songs! I could go on and on and on and on.
"Grace Kelly" starts off the cd, and it grabs you right from the start. By the time you are grooving to "Big Girl" near the end of the cd, you'll suddenly realize you haven't had this much fun listening to a cd in a long, long time.
Give it a try. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I heard this CD while I was hanging out with my friend. She was playing it in her car and the second I heard it I had to know who it was!! It's that kind of music that everyone can enjoy because it's upbeat, fun to sing along to, has some positive and encouraging messages (Big Girls You are Beauitful!), and is a great mix of genres that makes it easy for everyone to like -- from my 65 yr old mother, to my 25 yr old girl/guy friends, to my 4 yr old nephew! This Lebanon born, Paris raised British citizen is Europe's best kept secret and the closest we'll ever get to another Freddie Mercury but he is in no way a replacement for as he holds his own with his self written tunes that will leave you feeling good and wonder why he hasn't crashed the American music scene yet. I loved this CD! I'm a 45yr old woman, and yes, the first thing I thought was Freddie Mercury. What gets me about Mika and his style is that the music is so upbeat and bouncy, yet the lyrics are melancholy and full of emotion. There is an irony there that I find very appealing. As for "My Interpretation", he could have been singing about a relationship I am currently navigating. I love that Mika is courageous with the music, the lyrics and with his vocal range. This CD is Amazing! I would give this CD twenty stars if I could. I have listened to this with all my friends and they all love it. I will bet that MIKA will become the next BIG worldwide phenomenon. This sound is original but his voice is totally cool. Original with a twist of Freddy Mercury. I listened to Grace Kelly before I bought the CD and I was afraid the rest of the songs wouldn't live up to how great that was but they do. I have found songs I will LOVE forever on this CD.
