Free Music Review: Brilliant......Simply the Best
Hit: 5 Stars

I've heard others complain about some of the content on Mitch's new CD....."Mitch All Together" Although this new CD does contain some material that was on Mitch's 1st CD, it does not take away from the brilliance of Mitch's overall work that he has put together over the years.

His new CD delivers plenty of brand new material that will make you laugh like no other comic can. With an upbeat fast-paced tempo that greatly contrasts his slower-paced independent release of "Strategic Grill Locations" (which is a must have) Mitch's latest CD - "Mitch All Together" is also a must have for anyone who appreciates unprecedented comedy writing and an addictive stand-up delivery.

If you have never heard Mitch Hedberg perform, what can I tell you?.... you're missing out on something special. His comedic style is unmatched, and will keep you asking for more. I would highly recommend both of his CD's and also trying to see him perform in person for an unforgettable experience.-- you will be hooked! He often tours all over the country...so there's a good chance he will be performing near you. You can check all of his tour dates and also get the latest info on him at his website. (mitchhedberg.net) Do yourself a favor and enter the world of Mitch Hedberg....you'll never want to leave.

Hey Mitch....I'm gonna go shave too

Thanks Mitch!!

Free Music Review: Mitch delivers!

Mitch Hedberg's new CD is his best work yet. In this buyer's humble opinion, here's why this is true. First of all, Mitch has created his own style of comedy. There is not another comic on the planet that I would or COULD compare to Mitch. He has a style unique to himself. Usually one of the best parts of Mitch's comedy is actually SEEING Mitch and his body language and delivery. Without this, the show is still enjoyable, but you feel like you're missing something (in my very humble opinion). On this new CD, "Mitch All Together" you cannot see him perform. Most would think this to be detrimental. However, Mitch delivers! This is without a doubt his greatest performance to date! I couldn't believe how original and downright hysterical this piece was. This just goes to show that the man continues to improve and increase the laugh factor. All of this is of course flanked by the added bonus DVD which is packed with laughs and gives you the never before seen "unaired" version of his "Comedy Central Presents" performance. In the off chance that he should read this, Mitch, I am an amateur comic and I just started up in June 2003. You are one of the reasons I am doing what I do. You are nothing short of inspirational and hysterical. Hats off, sir! Cheers!

Mitch Hedberg is by far the most creative comic working today. Mitch's first CD "Strategic Grill Locations" is genius, his Comedy Central Special was inspired and his appearances on Premium Blend, Bob Rivers and Letterman have been some of the best guest spots to date.

In my opinion Mitch's new CD "Mitch All Together" is completely up to his previous standards. Although many dislike his speady new delivery it's simply the direction his comedy is taking. I think also a lot of his new delivery style has to do with him being very confident. On Mitch's previous CD you could tell he was a little nervous on stage and about the fact the he was recording his first CD, also, if you watch the uncut version of Mitch's Comedy Central Special you get to see an extra 20-30 minutes of Mitch bombing on stage (the audience just wasn't behind him). What I'm trying to say is the speed of Mitch's delivery has to do with the audience he's working with. When the audience is behind him, Mitch get's excited and tells his jokes much faster than when he's not sure how the audience feels about him. Although Mitch's new CD is faster, his jokes are still just as clever as they always were, but now you get more jokes in half the time.

Keep 'em coming Mitch! You rule, man!
Peace

For all you guys who are saying he curses alot more, he curses the same as he did in the first one man. If you think he curses more, you must have heard the edited version. Of course his delivery sucks, that's what makes him so funny. He dosn't sound angry at all. He sounds like he's having fun. I can only assume you're talking about when some guy yelled "wooh hoo!" after Mitch mentioned Ireland. Then Mitch said "Yeah, that's why I left, too many * go 'woo hoo,'" he's not angry, he was kidding. It's alot funnier than if he just ignored the "wooh hoo!." I've seen jsut about every televised stand up mitch has ever done. I know his cds word for word, stutter for stutter. I've never seen him live, as he's only been around me once, and I couldn't get out to see him. This CD is just as funny as the first one, and the delivery is just as bad (good). He dosn't flail about with "aw * that joke sucked. what the hell was I trying to pull off there?" as much, but he's still hillarious. That double tree part cracked me up. Mitch definitly isn't worse in this one than he is in his first CD. I don't understand why anyone says he curses more than the first one, or he lost his delivery. He sounds more prepared in this one and much less nervous. He didn't lose his delivery.

Mitch Hedberg has long been a bit of a cult-comic, having made numerous appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman & Howard Stern. In the late 90s Hedberg was courted by several networks for a sitcom and heralded by Time Magazine as "the next Seinfeld," due to his growing popularity and offbeat observational style of humor, but no sit-com ever materialized and Hedberg continued to build up his cult status on the road. His laidback style and unique one-liner deliveries made him both a favorite of his fellow comedians and on college campuses even though he didn't get mainstream recognition.

This is Mitch's second and final comedy CD (Hedberg died in March 2005 from a heartattack). But he left us with an outstanding CD that has 40minutes worth of great material. Mitch took a few of his good jokes from his first CD and made them into outstanding jokes on this CD. The title is taken from a joke on his first album, which he really should've included again on this one. Mitch's first comedy CD was flawed and stilted, but practice makes perfect and Mitch fires on all cylinders for this CD with expert timing and deliveries. He has the audience eating out of his hand and he'll have you pushing repeat once the CD ends.
