I like the previous reviewer, read at Mitch's Website that he reads these reviews. So I really hope he reads mine. It would be able to tell Mitch how awesome I think he is. Anyhow...I love Mitch's comedy. I have to admit that I enjoyed the first disk more, primarily because of Mitch's delivery. It is very odd, and slow pace, which I think many people sounds inexperienced or timid, but that's not the case. It's just Mitch's relaxed style, which makes every joke just a little bit funnier. On this new disk he went away from that a bit, but I prefer the old delivery. That being said, its still awesome, and much funnier than any comic I have ever heard.
I listen to the albums all the time, and I laugh just as hard each time. Also, the DVD is great. The uncut version of the comedy central special is awesome. But damn, that crowd was harsh. I hope Mitch reads this and knows that he has made me, and all of my friends, laugh our asses of about a million times. I introduced Mitch's comedy to all of my friend, who all love him also, and tell their friends about him.

Free Music Review: back to back rapid fire funny

I saw this guy on Comedy Central a while back and thought he was halarious, when I looked him up on the web I found this CD/DVD.
For this price you get, a CD with one of the funniest comedians I have ever heard, a DVD with his Comedy Central performance as it was aired and the uncut longer version, as well as another live video performance.
His incredibly whitty and laid back style is full of nonstop, back to back jokes. He is also one of the first comedians I have seen who uses his voice and precicly how he delivers each unique line to his advantage. 75% of the joke is pure halarity and the 25% that tops it off is how its delivered. With perfect timing and tone, you can tell he was a genious and dedicated to perfecting his craft (he recently passed away).
This is the first comedy album I ever purchased as well as the first Mitch CD. COnsidering I got them both for under $30 along with the DVD, its a steal! Anyone who loves intelligent and extremly funny comedy, not raunchy or slapstick stuff, must get Mitches stuff!

He is on top of his game here. I bought Stragegic Grill Locations after hearing this and it was almost a let down. I said almost. He is so much more crisp here and intelligible, its almost like he or his management after SGL made an effort to do this. On Grill he is really mumbly and really sounds spaced out. Much more than any performance I'd ever seen of him. But here he is definitely "on" and has the audience with him all the way. I'd say MAT tops Grill in my opinion but don't get me wrong, if you're into Mitch you have to get both (especially since there are only two). You also get the DVD that has the edited and unedited versions of his Comedy Central special. I've seen the edited before but never the unedited. Very interesting to see all of what hits the cutting room floor. He really has to work hard to get the audience going with him, at first they don't know what to make of him. Then he doesn't want to end the special because he finally has won them over. It takes a great comic to win a crowd over . RIP Mitch, the great ones go too soon.Free Music Review: Mitch for governor!

I love Mitch. That's about the best way to say it. He's my favorite comedian by far. I like that Mitch stays away from played-out sex, politics and racism jokes. That stuff's way over done. Anyone can rip on the opposite sex and make it funny, or bash the president, but Mitch is the only guy to ever make me laugh by talking about things as simple as frozen bananas and sesame seeds. Genius. He's a damn genius. You can't even re-tell his jokes. The jokes themselves are funny, but it's the delivery that makes them great. He's got his own thing goin', and that's so cool. I've forced Mitch's CD on a few of my friends. "Just listen to it! I swear, you'll love it!" And they do. I do what I can.. write a review, recruit a fan here and there... Spreadin' the love. I'd love to catch the tour this summer, but... seems Mitch is skipping the Mid-West. Mitch! We need you! Chicago... Milkwaukee... Des Moines... Get over here!! I'd saw off a few of my fingers in exchange for a ticket. (Don't hold me to that. It's just an expression.)

I believe it was 2 years ago when i first heard mitchels first cd strategic grill locations. It was on thanksgiving, so i now no longer celebrate thanksgiving but rather the one year anniversary of hearing the cd. i immediatly came to the conclusion to have an extreame obsession with mitch and tell every one how he is the funniest person and i'd punch them in the kidney if they didn't agree. Any way I gave the cd 5 stars because thats as high as it goest and the cd is also as high as it goes. Mitch set the limit on comedy thats as funny as it gets. So thanks Mitch for being alive, hope you read this review because thats they only reason i wrote it. I could care less about the rest of you foolish mortals. And if you knew how slow i type you might really appreciate this review. anyway mitch i love you, i met you in olympia and bought you a burrito. you probably don't remember because i know you have a lot of teenage guys out buying you burritoes, but i tried.
