Free Music Review: A Followup is Hard to Do

It seems that many fans of Mitch Hedberg had a hard time swallowing his latest CD. For me though, it was really great hearing some new material. Strategic Grill Locations is probably a better lead off cd for new listeners, but as a follow up CD, Mitch All Together is just about as good as it gets. This guy is halarious. Some of his jokes have become classics. He also has a great standup tour if you get the chance to see him. If you like one liners and observational wacky humor, he's as good as it gets. This cd is shorter than his previous cd (about 45 minutes), but he makes up for it by including a great DVD with the set. Packing is nice also. You can't go wrong with Mitch.Free Music Review: I love this album

First things first. Mr. Hedberg cursed a lot. There are jokes about pot. But if that does not bother you, overall his material is clean. He was more of a comic who played with the language and made unique obersvations about life and our society.
This is one of my favorite comedy albums of all time, (perhaps I need to get out more) and I think that I have heard this 10 or more times and not gotten tired of it. Mr. Hedberg also had a unique way of speaking that added to the humor of the material.
It is just sad that he was in so much pain that he felt that he had to end his life. However this is a great way for me to celebrate his life.

It's kind of like with Seinfeld...how can anyone not like him???! Mitch Hedberg is awesome! He keeps me laughing long after I've listened to his CD. I have turned so many other people onto him, and they all love him as much as I do. Would love to see his show in person. Maybe this year. :) If anyone listens to his jokes, and doesn't laugh, or think that he's funny, then there is something seriously wrong with that person! If you haven't purchased his CD yet, you should do so now. And be sure to watch his DVD...you will be laughing so hard throughout the entire show! I swear he's the BEST comedian ever!!!!! Quite possibly the funniest man in the entire world! Never heard such a funny man, the jokes are about the randomest things that you never realized how funny they actually are until he says it in his funny, slow, drunk sounding voice. I can't even begin to describe how good this man makes you feel after laughing for an hour listening to his cd, and re-citing his jokes to others. Can he please be given like 1000000000 billion dollars for spreading such whole hearted humor in this world. Thanks SO MUCH for being amazingly funny, and no one could ever top how truly INSANELY hilarious you really are. The CD comes w/ the DVD. Hedberg's terrific and this 2nd CD is better than Strategic Grill Locations since the background bass is gone. The DVD seems like a last minute rush job by Comedy Central. It's about 45 minutes long but the two taped shows both get repeated, the Premium Blend NY show, and the show from the Palace in LA. It's a total let down which isn't helped any by the fact that the DVD does not include an intro or menu screen. It's straight to the concerts and these are 15 minute jobs. The one thought that comes to mind is, "I've been ripped off." Thankfully, the CD more than makes up for that promotional garbage.RAR
