Free Music Notes for Model Prisoner

Free Music Review: Roger, Radames, now Model Prisoner
Hit: 5 Stars

Adam Pascal is obviously naturally talented. I have followed his work since he was with his band before RENT, Mute. Mute and Adam Pascal Band (which he was in during and after RENT) were very amazing but a bit more the hard rock type. His new CD reflects a time in his life that was quite turbulant. His music is extrodinary and hard to classify as one kind of music which is good. When listening to his previous work and his new CD, Model Prisoner, you can hear how much musical theatre has helped him learn how to control his voice better. He is able to give the expirence of oldies, soft rock, and hard rock all in one. This is definetly one I suggest to a musical theatre/rock/pop loyal listener. Buy it!

Free Music Review: WOW!
Hit: 5 Stars

Being one of Adam Pascal's biggest fans, I was sure I would like just about anything he would bring to the music world, but I think just about anybody would like this album. There is defiantly something for everybody on this album, because just about every music genre is included on this album. Another thing I loved about Model Prisoner were the interesting instrumental touches within the songs, like the piano solo at the end of Model Prisoner or the cello solo in Which Way to Nowhere and the sitar in Undiscovered. These touches truly make this CD all the more enjoyable. This is a wonderful CD for any Adam fan or for any fan of music in general. I recommend this album to absolutly everybody!

Free Music Review: Adam Pascal is Genius
Hit: 5 Stars

Model Prisoner is a cd written by a man who also does lead vocals and guitar on the cd, who is married, starring in a successful b'way play(AIDA),starred in a play that he helped jump from off-b'way to b'way(RENT), is close with his fans, is not bad on the eyes, and even more. I mean, this guy can do it all. I'm not into the hard rock sounds of Mute and APB, his bands, so I hesitatedl, unfortunately, do purschase Model Prisoner. The cd rocks. It is, what I would call, Pop-rock. There are a few sweet, slow-ish ballads, a few more rock-ish sounds, there's something for everybody. So, with that said...go get the cd! Model Prisoner by Adam Pascal! You'll love it! no day but today, emma

Free Music Review: Simply Irrestistable!
Hit: 5 Stars

I have had this CD since it was released and not a day has gone by that I have not listened to it. Adam has such a versatile voice that ranges from upbeat rock-n-roll to softer ballads. His lyrics are written with alot of heart and openess. Each song is so unique that you look forward to the sound of each. This is a CD for anyone who appreciates the talent of an excellent musician/songwriter/vocalist. Recently, Adam's CD was reviewed in Songwriters Monthly where they stated "Adam's range and ease of handling a wide variety of styles is almost staggering. A powerhouse of originality. Keep your eyes and ears on this one". . . now doesn't that say it all!

Free Music Review: a must have cd
Hit: 5 Stars

Even though Adam Pascal may be a Broadway star, his CD "Model Prisoner" can appeal to everyone. His songs range from rock ("Liken a Razor") to unforgettable ballads ("Rhyme and Reason"). Pascal's talent shines through his music. He wrote all but two of the songs. My personal favorite off the album is "Rhymme and Reason." How could you not love a song that includes the lyrics, "Love don't need a reson. Love don't need to rhyme. I'm standing here pleading, while you just cover your eyes..." You will get chills when you listen to Adam Pascal's soulful voice and his emotional music. This is definitely an album to buy.
