My favorite Mötley Crüe album is still after all of these years Too Fast For Love. But, I find I really, really dig S.O.L.A. The attitude is back and so is the whole band.
Best songs IMO is:
- Face Down In The Dirt (My favorite)
- Saints of Los Angeles (A close second)
- Just Another Psycho
- This Ain't a Love Song (LOL)
- White Trash Circus (Pretty much the history of the band, lol)
After this album I'm anxious for Nikki to get writing the next Crüe album.

This is a great Crue album from start to finish; there are no songs you have to skip, the sound quality is bone-crunching, and the musicianship/vocals are as good as the've ever been. Most Crue albums have been OK albums with a few great songs on them; this album is ALL very good songs. I'd rate it on par with my other favorite Crue discs, "Too Fast For Love" and "Dr. Feelgood" (with "New Tattoo" right there as well). If you've ever liked any Motley Crue songs, you won't be disappointed with this purchase.Free Music Review: Should Go Out on Top with This...

This album is something of a confession for this band. True that they may have done this already in some books, this time they do it through the medium that put them in the media and thank god.
The Crue are straight up on this record, and for those who call them glam, don't think about that. They are actually telling about the dark side of that life...
Worth the purchase, MONTREAL AND CANADA love you guys... thanks for years of rock.

Im going to make this simple. I bought TFFL out of the back of a magazine on leathur records in 1982 so I've earned my opinion. Im blown away this album is hard driving right from the start. I have chills as im still listening to it for the first time. Incredible that a band that has been through so much controversy can still rock as they do live and studio.
Crue fans this in no way will disapoint. Awsome work boys see you at Jones beach!

Being a long time Crue fan I was very excited for the release of this album. It is really the first true Crue album since Dr. Feelgood. It has everything you could ever want and more. I love this album!!! I have probably listened to it 10 times since I bought it Tuesday. Highlights include Face Down in the Dirt and This Aint a Love Song. A very strong return of the kings of sleezey rock n roll. You will not be dissapointed!!!
