Free Music Notes for H.A.A.R.P.: Live from Wembley (Region 2 DVD)Free Music Review: Great Introduction to Muse Hit: 5 Stars
Although I've never been that impressed with MUSE's studio recordings, I was blown away by the live music video included in the special features section of the Twilight DVD. Was this the same song, the same band I've been hearing endlessly on local radio stations? Not to me. This live recording made me want to seek out a DVD of the entire performance and led me to acquire H.A.A.R.P., a beautifully performed, filmed and edited capture of what must have been the show of a lifetime for those lucky enough to witness one of these two-night Wembley performances first hand. Intense histrionics of guitar, voice, classical and electric piano. MB, please save some talent for the rest of the world. You have too much.
Free Music Review: The best band to come out in the last 10 years Hit: 5 Stars
Believe it or not, only recently did I discover the music of MUSE, and I love it. They are very creative, bringing a wide mix of musical influences, creating a very different type of prog music. Even though their music is very accesible and they've become a huge success selling millions of records, the music is still original, inventive, a real delight.
The video quality of the dvd is not the best I've seen, but it's still very good and captures the essence of their performance. Sound quality could be a bit better, but the performance more than makes up for whatever technical deficiencies the recording has. I hope they do a new dvd soon.
Free Music Review: Incredible Hit: 5 Stars
This is one of the most amazing live albums I have ever heard. The DVD footage is incredible, well produced, and the music again, is amazing. I was just recently introduced to Muse and I am very thankful for that. I'm not sure why American bands always seems to be churning out the same ol' cookie cutter stuff and I defy anyone to name me one American band that can match Muse on any level. The fact that they are coming to North America this year to open up for U2 in my opinion is a complete insult. Nothing against U2, they have their place, but Muse by no means should be playing a supporting role to anyone.

Free Music Review: Oh..... MY...... 5 Stars
There's not a lot more I can say. This DVD is breathtaking. Literally. The insurmountable talent in this band is blatantly and galantly displayed in the live performance DVD. It makes me wish I'd have discovered this band sooner so I could have seen them live last time they were in my town. I'm already a huge fan of their studio music, their performance here is the epitome of music being performed somehow even better than in the studio. Their emotion and power is felt in one's veins. I will pay ANY amount of money next time they come to my city. They're all key tracks. All of them. This DVD is epic.
Free Music Review: Best Money I've Spent in a Long Time Hit: 5 Stars
I was a little hesitant of purchasing this CD/DVD for fear that I would have problems with my TV. However, it was not the case and seeing Muse perform live in all their amazing glory really amped it up on my big screen. The CD is great too, but does leave out a few songs that were present on the DVD. I still enjoy trying to match Matt note for note in my car, which has proved difficult. Thankfully, my windows are ususally up so I can spare innocent bystanders the horrible quality that is my voice. Well, in comparison to Bellamy's anyway. Great product overall, and at such a low cost!
