First of all, you can't listen to a CD once and rate it. That is where I'm guessing all these poor reviews came from. What's up with all these 3.5 stars, thats crazy! This album is off the hizzay! When I first listened to it, I had to get used to it, their sound is unlike anything out there. I bought the CD after hearing "She Wants to Move." That song is crazy hot, I can't listen to it enough. Anyway, this CD gets my props. Who else could use a synthesizer and get away with it? An open mind is necessary to appreciate not only this CD but N*E*R*D as well. I'm a huge fan of theirs not only because I like their tunes but because I can appreciate what they are doing and their incredible talent. All you idiotic hip-hop fans who like your "artists" to stick to generic songs about clubs, women, cars, and money that are complaining about this are idiots. These guys are trying SOMETHING DIFFERENT. See, they play their instruments, they write their songs, their kind of like Outkast (who also rule). But fine, if you wanna stick to your "Fiddy Cent" and your "Jigga" who sing annoying club songs with horrible synthesizers and beats in the backround, be my guest.PS: Stop dissing them just because Good Charlotte is on this album- they have a great vibe and Pharrel (whos been in music for a long time) obviously knew it, unlike all the fools who bash GC just because their "POZERZ!11".
Free Music Review: FINALLY N.E.R.D.

Hello everyone. Well here's my opinion, take it or shake it: The "In Search of..." album was indeed a great album. It was also experimental. This new album is the real N.E.R.D. Personally, I think it's "beautiful music." I can appreciate the use of live instruments througout the album. I also have to say that in contrary to their last album, this one makes a lot more sense as a whole. I recommend it to anyone who's openminded and likes listening to fun music that has somethin' to say. It's feel-good music. Every song has a mood to it that's like "YEAH!" Anyway...Both albums, "In Search of..." and "Fly or Die" are great. No one Ever Really Dies anyway right?Free Music Review: THE GREATEST CD OF ALL TIME!!!

This is one of the greatest and most original CD I have ever heard. If you are a strictly rap fan then you probably won't like this album but if you are willing to fork over a few dollars for something different then you won't regret it. I personally like this album because they make all of their own music and none of that stupid synthesizer crap like Jay-z and 50 Cent. It has a very strong rock feel though and although I like mostly rap and R&B, i bought this CD and was blown away by the originality. At first I only liked about ten of the twelve tracks but after listening to it a few times I like every single one (the last 3 minutes of the last track almost drove me to tears). I've been a huge N.E.R.D. fan ever since In search Of was first released. Until recently, I've had IN search of in my cd player for months. Now I have a replacement. Fly or Die is such a great album. It's so different. The guys really got creative on this one. But I have to be honest, only a a selected bunch will fully appreciate Fly or die's sound. Every track is amazing!!The coolest part is there are 3 bonus hidden tracks!!!!
I absolutely love this cd, and I salute N.E.R.D. for their creativity and open minds.
N.E.R.D. can't be pigeonholed in one genre, they cover so many. That's what's so cool about them.
You should definitely get this cd if you have an open mind and love feel good tunes.
