Free Music Review: GO JUSTIN

Wow. This is such an amazing CD. Justin's voice sounds SO smooth and great on it, better than ever even though I always liked his voice. JC's voice went down a little. I don't know whats up with the many many "uh"s throughout the CD, it just doesn't go. His voice is a little more nasal and I liked it more on No Strings Attached but he's still got it and overall, it's one of my favorite CDs ever. I'll just go through the songs... Pop~ EVERYONE knows this is an awesome song. It sounds really cliche-y but I think they give people a piece of their mind WITHOUT sounding like whiny little kids like some people said. You can't listen to this song and not move.
Celebrity~ One of the okay ones. The grammar glitch annoys me (if i weren't!) but that's just my own little neurotic thing. It's a pretty good song.
Game Is Over~ WOW I absolutely love this song! I could listen to it a million times and not get sick of it! It's definitely an upbeat song--just classic *NSYNC with an "edge" as they would probably say. It's a good song.
Girlfriend-- I love this one! I didn't like it when I first heard it but it really grows on you and the lyrics are sweet and the tune's pretty.
Two Of Us-- This one is so sweet and so pretty that you'll fall in love with it right away! It's different but at the same time it's gorgeous and Justin sounds great in it.
Gone~ Beautiful and really sad and almost creepy song. Catchy, but the group (Chris actually) sometimes doesn't quite hit the notes. Oh well, you can't have it all and those are really high notes. It's also great because it's an all-Justin song and he is so talented with his voice.
Tell Me...Tell Me, Baby~ That title looks really dumb but I like this song. It's pretty Backstreet Boys but it's good and really upbeat but the lyrics are pretty pathetic. It's more funny than annoying though.
Up Against the Wall~ Good song but too many JC uhs. It's catchy and it isn't as raunchy as it sounds.
See Right Through You~ It reminds me of a Pink song. I don't like it too much because of its lack of originality but it's a pretty good song.
Selfish~ This is a really nice song. The verses are pretty. It's not my favorite slow song though.
Just Don't Tell Me That~ I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH! It's SO catchy and happy listening. :) it's just feel-good.
SOmething Like You~ This song is a work of art. It's my favorite on the CD. It's SO beautiful, it's amazing. Definitely buy the CD if just for this song.
Do Your Thing~ Pretty monotonous and 80's but every album has its annoying song. The lyrics are good though.
Get this album! It's so much fun to listen to and I don't think you'd regret it. Sure if you don't like Justin's voice don't because there's a lot but if you don't you're pretty crazy and you really don't have a good ear for a good voice. Just... get the CD!!! It's their best so far.
Free Music Review: No Matter What Anyone Says 'Celebrity' Does Shine

I've seen some pretty nasty reviews here and I thought I should put my two cents in:I may be thirteen but I'm not a teenybopper and I do know good music when I hear it, NSYNC is no exception. This CD has to be the best CD by NSYNC yet, their writing, arrangining and producing skills are simply amazing, there is just no other way to discribe it.
Pop- We've all heard it, some hate it some like it, this is an overall good song, lyrically and musically. 3 out of 5
Celebrity- Awesome lyrics, very cheeky I would say, Rodney Jerkins, Justin Timberlake and Wade Robson did an awesome job. And beats are tight, ya gotta love it. 4 out of 5
Girlfriend- I love this song, the sound is very much R&B with a little rap feel, the harmony breakdown displays their amazing vocals and the lyrics are so cute! This is bound to be a hit. 5 out 5 The Two of Us- Mad, mad props to JC Chasez, the lyrics are wonderful and the two-step sound is just a great. And the song is just sooo cute, great tune. 4 out of 5
Gone-Quite possibly (in my opinon) this is the best song on the cd, the vocal reprise of "Gone" is haunting, the lyrics are beautiful and this has to be the best vocal performance by Justin yet, if released as a single I have no doubt in my mind that this will be number one on both the Pop and R&B charts. 5 out of 5
Tell Me, Tell Me... Baby- Rather hard to discribe the sound but an amazing song, really. 3 out of 5
Up Against The Wall- Ya gotta love the nursery rhyme rap in this song, two step sound is beyond amazing, think of "Digital Get Down" on London Steriods. 4 out of 5
See Right Through You- Amazing, love the angry vocals and the beat is infectious, it makes you wanna dance! Lyrics are too good. 3 out of 5
Selfish- JC is a god. This is beautiful, beautiful ballad. Lyrically and musically, total swoon material. Just really beautiful stuff, 5 out of 5.
Just Don't Tell Me That- I'm not quite partial to this song, to me its like a bye bye bye with some zest. The beats are amazing but the lyrics just don't do it for me. Sorta iffy. 2 out of 5.
Something Like You- This song is definatly worth a listen, Justin is truly an amazing writer and so is Robin Wiley, Stevie Wonders harmonica solo is captivating and so are the lyrics, great music; great song. 5 out of 5.
Do Your Thing- This is the song for those of you whom believe NSYNC is untalented, one listen to this song and it will blow your socks off, the electronica, Island flavored Jazz beats are spectatular! The vocals are even more amazing, Justin and JC tear the lead vocals to SHREDS! And the group as a whole, devours the harmonies! Excellent! 5 out of 5.
Now that may have not been of much use to you but if you read this then you can tell that 'Celebrity' is truly worth a listen, so before you have something full of yourself to say, try to enjoy the music for what it is and not what you want it to be.

This is w/ out a doubt my favorite cd in the world right now !!! I absolutly LOVE this cd for every song on it. From Rock , to r&b / rap , " dirty pop " , to 2 - Step , to beautiful ballads , this album has it ALL , and it is ALL the bomb !!! of course , i have liked NSYNC since * No Strings Attached ( 2000 ) , but love this album far more !!!!!track listing :
1. " ( Dirty ) Pop " - This is the first single off *CELEBRITY , and a great opening hit for this disc. OF COURSE , youve heard it before , but I still LOVE IT !!- * 10
2. " Celebrity " - This is a very cool song w/ almost a "breathe and stop"- Q-Tip beat to it. It says things like " If I wasn't a Celebrity , would you still wanna be w/ me " , and basically is a " u use me for my money , whats up w/ dat ! " , love it , and i *think ( not sure though ) its the next single - * 10
3. " The Game Is Over " - very cool song. It has a lot of game-boy / video game sound effects in it. It sounds like " tron " , lol. i like this song a lot - *10
4. " Girlfriend " - This track is produced by the neptunes. It has a very rap / r&b sound to it ( almost like 112 ). I like this track too. - * 9
5. " The Two Of Us " - This is my FAVORITE track on the album. It has sort of a 2 - Step / Craig David - " Fill Me In " sound to it. i LOVE THIS SONG !!!! - * 10 10 10 !!!!! ( all of these ratings are out of 10 )
6. " Gone " - This is probally another one of my " top favorites " on the album !! It was produced by Justin and Wade , the choreographer , and has kind of a " blues " feel to it .
7. " Tell Me , Tell Me... Baby " - This is probally one of the only " pop " songs on the album , but a VERY good song. i REALLY like this one too. - * 10
8. " Up Against The Wall " - This is str8 up 2-Step song , and a VERY good one at that. This is probally another one of my " top - favorites " on the album. love it !!! - * 10 10 10 !!!
9. " See Right Through You " - This is a very cool song about a girl that is trying to play our boys , but their not gonna fall for it . loving it !!! - * 10
10. " Selfish " - I LOVE THIS BALLAD , IT IS ABSOLUTLY - * 10
11. " Just Don't Tell Me That " - This is another bomb song thats kinda like " if u don't want me , i don't wanna hear it " , lol - * 10
12. " Something Like You " - This ballad should be played at every wedding . It has the most meaningful words i have ever heard , and I can't play it enough ! - * 10
13. " Do Your Thing " - This song is quite unique... it features Stevie Wonder , nuff' said - * 9
Overall , this album is DA BOMB AND MORE !!!! I suggest ANYONE who like GOOD MUSIC order it A . S . A . P . !!!!!!!

Okay, I'm going to go through all the songs and give them ratings: Pop: You've all heard this song...it is definitely one of my favorites. It has a good, strong, beat and you can't help but dance and sing along. 5/5Celebrity: This song sounds like Pop, lyric wise. I didn't like it the first time I heard it, but now it's stuck in my head. The chorus sounds a little different, but it just makes it sound cooler. 5/5
The Game Is Over: This song sounds similar to Digital Get Down on NSA. It has Pac-Man sound effects in the background. Overall, it's a good song, but the bridge definitely could have better. It doesn't fit in with the rest of the song. 4/5
Girlfriend: This song is nice and mellow. But, isn't it amazing how just ONE word can ruin the entire song? Listen to this song... and you'll know...... 2 1/2 / 5
The Two Of Us: This, also, is mellow. It speeds up a little as it goes along. There really isn't much more to say about it. 4/5
Gone: This is like, everyone's favorite song on the CD. It is an amazing ballad. It even has an orchestra in it. Justin's voice could have been a little better though...he gets kinda annoying in the song...4 1/2 / 5
Tell Me, Tell Me...Baby: The beginning of the song starts it out really great. It has a lot of sound effects @ the beginning. It is a fast-paced song, I would say it is a combination of IGBM and NSA. 4 1/2 / 5
Up Against The Wall: This song is basically, about a guy hanging out @ a club and a good looking girl named Shorty starts dancing with them and grinding them in "the worst way". I can't really get a feel for it. Not catchy at all... 4/5
See Right Through You: Another uptempo. The harmonies are really good on this. The chorus slows it a bit, and makes it take on a little softer side. 4 1/2 / 5
Selfish: I really like this song. It is, in my opinion, the best ballad of the album. It was even produced by Brian McKnight. The downside? It rhymes "love" with "love" on the chorus. Ignore that, and it's really great. 5/5
Just Don't Tell Me That: It starts out, "You liked to be seen, at, every party at the playboy mansion..". It is an interesting way to start out a song, eh? This song rocks! The bridge to the song is really good. Some people say it sounds like a BSB song, but whatever.:P. 5/5
Something Like You: This song is a typical boy band love song, excluding the awesome harmonica in it, played by Stevie Wonder. 4/5
Do Your Thing: When I first heard this song, I was like, "Oh my goodness, why the heck would they put this on the album?" But after I heard it, oh, 10 times, I actually started liking it! It is pretty funny, but the harmonies are great. 4 1/2 / 5 Overall: 94.5%
Free Music Review: Celebrity - Good or Bad? Pop Fan or Not?

Ok here is the run down on this CD. No its doesnt have the perfect dancibility of Bye Bye Bye and It's Gonna Be Me. BUT they did an awesome job. The CD is entertaining. True I said the No Strings Attached was better.. but the more I listen to it the more Im changing my mind. As for the tracks here is my view on them:1.) Pop - Probably the most dancable song... but to make any real use of it?? Know how to dance.(No I don't mean like NSYNC.) Its upbeat and poppy! You want their new sound? Here it is. WATCH FOR THE BEAT BOX! 5 of 5
2.) Celebrity - Its wierd at first and I didnt like it. Now I can listen to it and I can get into it. You just have to get used to it. People dont give this CD much of a chance... This song showing that. 3 of 5
3.) The Game Is Over - Okay PACMAN! This took a long time to mix.. and its obvious. Fun song! Its another song you have to listen to a couple times. 4 of 5
4.) Girlfriend - Tolerable.. An interesting song..but hey one track doesnt determine the worth of a CD. The beat is wierd.. but another example of a new sound. 3 of 5
5.) The Two Of Us - This song is a fun song! Just let it get out of the beginning slow stuff and ito the faster beats.. WAIT TO HIT THAT NEXT BUTTON! 5 of 5
6.) Gone - Justin's Solo. This is where Justin takes over. If JC produced he sisngs... if Justin produced Justin sings... thats the way it is! This song is slower and not really fun.. but hey they have one of these on every CD. 3 of 5
7.) Tell Me, Tell Me...Baby - Okay this is Techno yo! LOL Techno POP. Its really fun, its fast, its GOOD. 5 of 5
8.) Up Against The Wall - Upbeat, jumpin, just a faster listening song. "Mirror Mirror On The Wall, Whos The Cutest one you saw? She's underneath the disco ball!" 4 of 5
9.) See Right Through You - NSYNC is definetly into this in your face of girls who cheat LOL. Its fun.. Upbeat poppy.. its Alright over all. 4 of 5
10.) Selfish - Okay this is their best ballad. This is AWESOME. Its great. Produced by JC. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Cant say enough. 5 OF 5
11.) Just Dont Tell Me That - Okay this is almost BYE BYE BYE all over again. This is their best fast song. Alot of fun and good times. 5 of 5
12.) Something Like You - Pretty much the only other real ballad. Its good.. it really is.. but Selfish is AWESOME. Its a big orchestrated feel... the harmonica is a nice touch too. 4 of 5
13.) Do Your Thing - This is the song at the end of the CD that is a different flavor than the rest. Giddy Up, I Thought She Knew, and now Do Your Thing. Just one of those songs. 3 1/2 of 5
Its all around a good CD. It has quirks but what CD doesnt? NO CD is perfect. I cant think of one that had it all... but this comes close. Buy this CD just for Pop, Selfish, and Just Dont Tell Me That if nothing else.
