The last time I bought an album 'cos the cover and title looked really cool was over a decade ago! WHITE ZOMBIE's "La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol. 1". Well, that album went on to change my life and that band became one of my all-time favorite bands! Nashville Pussy will never change my life, but this album ROCKS and is a blast!!! It's like AC/DC meet ZZ Top inside a porno mag! I do NOT see how rockers could not LOVE this album (unless it offends them). But then why buy an album by a band named Nashville Pussy if you're the type to get offended? I'm a straight girl and I don't find it offensive, 'cos the singer's male and he doesn't just sing about women - he sings about himself and drugs, too. And, c'mon, it's just R-rated stuff on here. If I have any complaint, the album is too short - but I'm glad I got it. It's a lot of fun and it rocks like crazy. I'd love to see them in concert. Yeah, it's nitro-burnin' rock and roll, with all the southern affectations, but not the pretensions of someone like Lynyrd Skynyrd. Like your guitars loud? Like 'em distorted? Like a six-foot-tall chick in a bikini? Then you're set brother!
