Let me make this short and to the point. Natasha is the best French language singer in the world. This CD is phenomenal, just like all of her others. This lady never has a weak song. Un Ange is my favorite on this CD.Free Music Review: Wonderful easy listening.

My sister lives in Belgium and while I was visiting she would wake up to this CD before getting ready for school. I fell in love with this CD after hearing it a couple times. Natasha has the most beautiful angelic voice. I understand french a lot better than speaking it, but I would still love this CD even if I didn't know a word of French.
I would recommend this to anyone.
Free Music Review: Not as good as her best albums

While I found the music on this CD pretty good, it certainly was not as rich as the other two albums I have (De "l'amour le mieux" and "L'instant d'apres", which are both 5 star albums for me).
The first song on the CD is distracted by what sounds like Japanese commentary leading into the song. I suspect this song may have been sung on tour in Japan... at least, it sounded that way. This is unfortunate, because "A l'amour comme a la guerre" is a beautiful song. The rest of the songs on the CD did not have this distraction. That said, most of them were not songs I would like to listen to repeatedly, whereas the songs from the prior two CD's, I often listen to them several times a week. Perhaps after I've listened to this CD a couple of more times, some of the songs will grow on me. Right now, I think only about three fall into this category.
Regardless, Natasha St. Pier is a wonderful singer, and I look forward to more of her music in the future. I don't think I've heard anybody else with a voice that is this fantastic (though, Nana Mouskouri is very, very close...)
