Free Music Review: simple, effective Boston hardcore

It's thrashy stuff, and you can hear Negative FX's influence in many, many hardcore punk/thrash bands which came afterwards like Infest, Crossed Out and Voorhees. Last Rights, a band that emerged from the ashes of Negative FX and featured the imfamous Choke on vocals (later of Slapshot and Stars and Stripes... luckily, from what I can tell, there's no bonehead nationalist lyrics here) is a little more Oi! influenced, slower and polished, but still raw hardcore and pretty good. Still, the Negative FX tracks really stand out. Jeezus, just listen to the drums... so fast, so fast! Most songs zing by in less than a minute, but that's how I like it.

For fans of Negative Approach, SSD, Agnostic Front, and anything fast, ..... and raw. Hell yeah.
