The first time I heard New Kids on The Block, I fell in love with them. My brother had gotten their hangin tough live concert video and i watch almost everyday. Their songs are so good and they all have really good voices(especiallly me baby)Joey McIntyre. I have gotten alot of pictures online of them and I got song lyrics so i can sing along to the song. I will always love these guys!!~Much love to everyone out there!~

NKOTB is a very good group with a lot of great songs (specially If you go away, Tonight, Step by step y Please don't go girl), they were the first boyband with white guys and maybe that's one of the reasons cause they were too populars.On this cd you will find all their best songs so, if you aren't a fan you can buy this cd and you goin' to have the essence of the guys.

Yes, the songs were corny. And yes, with the possible exception of Jordan Knight, they really weren't that talented. Not as talented as the Backstreet Boys or even *N sync. But there was no denying Knight's vocals or their great (but corny) pop songs. They had 3 #1 singles "I'll Be Loving You", "Hangin Tough", and "Step By Step." They also had several other top 10 singles "Cover Girl", "You Got the Right Stuff", "Please Don't Go Girl" "Didn't I Blow Your Mind", and "Tonight." All are represented here. My favorite is probably "Cover Girl." You can't help but crank it. Also the funk of "Hangin Tough" and dance/disco groove of "Step By Step" are undeniable. Their strong points were their dance singles though. I never cared for their ballads. "I'll Be Loving You" was in my opinion the only decent one.So, for fun catchy 80's dance pop, this is a great buy. If ballads are more your taste, try the Backstreet Boys. :)

This is a good album to have if you want to hear New Kids On The Block. The only other one you should buy is "Hangin' Tough". This album features 9 Top Ten Hits and One top Twenty Hit. The problem with Boy Bands is that they are stuck in that formula and once they try something different they are hated for that and the same thing is happening to todays acts. New Kids On The Block had their fame in 1989. If you want a better greatest hits buy Paula Abdul's.
