Ok, I LOVED NKOTB when I was 15 - I saw them in concert twice and had every poster plastered to my walls. Then I got sick of them and stopped liking and listening to them. Now 11 years later I pulled out my New Kids tapes and can't help but laugh. These songs are so cheesy but they make you smile and make you want to dance (and I could probably still do all of their choreography!). Now what's wrong with a CD like that? Have a bad day at work? - just pop in "Hangin' Tough" and get on the floor and do the New Kids dance. I guarantee this CD will make you smile. Yes, they are not the most well-written lyrics out there but who cares, right? Hi! I'm 30 years old and I'm still a fan of NKOTB after all these years and I still have their music from when I bought them. I bought to the very last one they had. I love listening to their music. My parents still don't like at times when I play those tapes. (The only tapes I have) Sometimes they have to tell me to turn down the music. That's how much I like them. Especially, Jordan Knight. Not too long ago I found out he had an album out. (Which was before last christmas). I'm trying to get his album and Joey's. I have Joey's single to "Stay The Same" I love those songs. This collection is a must have for New Kid's fans everywhere, old and new. It spans the beginning of their career to the end. I especially enjoyed the inclusion of the song "If You Go Away" which demonstrates the maturation of their voices as well as song content. Unfortunately, as they experieneced the rise and fall in popularity and sales as most teeny bopper groups do, their music goes relatively unheard. I still love their sound. New Kids On The Block is the only boyband that I appreciate. I was way back in 8th grade when I first heard of them via my girl classmates. It's a fact...they are better than the boybands of today. The New Kids on the Block are sooooo great. I haven't listen to them in a while but when I got my CD I couln't stop. It made remember all the fun times my friends and I had. The concerts the posters(my mother wanted to kill me). Everything they ever came out with I had. It took me back to a very fun time in my life when things weren't so diffuct. So now when I get stressed out I just listen to this CD and remember that I'm always going to be a NKOTB fan.
