I knew this record, as an LP, back in the 70's, as a young teen. Always loved it. By now the LP is completely worn-out.When I recently found it on CD I immediately bought it. Now, a grown-up, with about 1000 classical-only CD's I was afraid to be disappointed - but not. This is still one of the most beautiful records I have heard. The lyrics (now I understand them much better..) are good, though some hebrew versions of those songs are better, the tunes are excellent, the musical arrangements are superb, but above all - this is a complete "Opus" - not just ten excellent songs. An integral work of art, still wonderful after all those years. Recommended, wholeheartedly.
