This moving cd is the Newsboys at their absolute best. After listening to it nearly a thousand times (no joke) my favorite is "Lost the Plot". The songs flow together like fluid, in a formation unlike any other (especially their most recent) cd made. Take it, listen, and worship with awesome hidden messages for Christ within. I think this is the best album made by the Newsboys. This was made while Stve Taylor was still writing lyrics for them. And if you know Steve Taylor's style it generally has some sarcasm which makes you think a little while you listen to the great sound of the music. Breakfast is a real classic song which shows off the talent of both Steve and Peter. I'm sorry, my review (below) says that this album is alternative, which is misleading. I'm wrong about that, because my misconception of this genre leads me to perceive alternative music as light rock. A more appropriate term for classifying this great album is a rock-influenced pop album. A very solid album by the Newsoys with 'Take Me To Your Leader.' It's hard-edged pop, not alternative. 5 stars all the way.Free Music Review: great music, great fun!

These Aussies rock! Fast beat, great drums, deep and yet often humorous lyrics. This is a CD you can listen to front to back over and over. If you like bands like There Might Be Giants and the B-52s, this is in the same genre in respect to whimsical lyrics and rocking sounds... and these songs carry a deeper meaning than just throwing a bunch of non-sensical words together.... excellent work.Free Music Review: Amazing rock music that Christians will love!

This group has made an amazing effort to help prevoke teens to get the right idea about music and religon.In there songs they show compassion for their beliefs and their feelings twards people ideas.They show personality and feelings through their voices and the language of music.It's amazing how much they can set an example and be one of the best role models in rock music!
