I loved this Broadway show, loved the score and performances, and now I love this CD -- the voices are exquisite and their blending harmonies are beautiful. I'm not sure if this album would stand alone (if you haven't seen the show would you enjoy it?), but I think it's fairly self-explanatory. This album is wonderful. It's well-recorded & does the musical justice. Each actor's heart & soul is evident in this recording. Plus, it's a unique story that practically ANYONE can relate to. And the contemporary sound is very relatable to today's world.
