I just discovered the genre called "Symphonic Metal" through Nightwish via my nephews.
I haven't been this excited about "new" (to me) music since I discovered Jethro Tull decades ago. Totally different type of music, but the complexity, detail, innovation, and terrific lyrics are all there with Nightwish. I love the juxtaposition of opera and classical with metallica.
The CD s quality is first rate and Tarja Turunen's fail me!
I also bought the Oceanborn and Wishmaster re-issued albums and they are just as good.
Amazon's delivery was first rate as usual.
