Free Music Review: Century Child y la fuerza del metal

Century Chils es otro album editado por NIGHTWISH, banda finlandesa que continua sorprendiendo con su fino arte musical, combinando el metal con la calida voz de la soprano Tarja.
Este album cuenta con 10 canciones, las cuales reumimos como sigue:
1. Bless The Child (5)
Buen inicio para el album. La fuerza de la bateria y la combinacion de voz misteriosa-Tarja es un aliento de que el album inspirara respeto a los oyentes.
2. End Of All Hope (5)
Continuacion mediante puente de Bless The Child. Tanto Tuomas como Jukka en el teclado y bateria, respectivamente, marcan la pausa en esta cancion.
3. Dead To The World (4.5)
We are dead to the world... Marko nos brinda su fuerza vocal combinada con Tarja en esta exquisita cancion. Cuenta, ademas, con un fade en los minutos finales que brinda mayor fuerza a la guitarra de Emmpu.
4. Ever Dream (5)
Otra balada en la discografia de NIGHTWISH. Le pondria mas puntaje si pudiera, porque la cancion lo merece. Nuevamente tenemos uan combinacion Beauty and the Beast cuando las voces femeninas y masculinas se juntan para interpretar esta melodiosa cancion. Personalmente, la mejor cancion del album.
5. Slaying The Dreamer (5)
Con la fuerza de Emmpu en la guitarra, esta cancion promete ser una fuente para futuros grupos metal que quieran inspirar bruteza vocal como sonido pesado. Presten atencion a los últimos minutos posteriores al puente del punteo de guitarra. Las voces, casi al concluir la cancion, inspiran el respeto que merece esta cancion.
6. Forever Yours (4)
Sin mayor aporte que la voz de Tarja, esta balada recrea los oidos de aquellos que gusten las suaves melodias. Quiza debio incluirse en otro album, pues no representa la fuerza del Century Child.
7. Ocean Soul (5)
Teclados, guitarra, bateria, bajo, voz: toda una mezcla para una cancion que, quiza no sera lo suficientemente pesada, pero tiene mucha fuerza mientras uno continua escuchandola. Las pautas para darle impulso a las notas musicales aseguran que es una gran cancion.
8. Feel For You (5)
Marko inicia la cancion con un bajo que luego es acompañado por el teclado de Tuomas. Tarja, en los acordes finales, nos canta "Feel for you" como un reclamo, una queja, un suplicio luego de escuchar la frialdad y despecho de Marko, quien tambien canta en esta cancion. Beauty and the Beast, nuevamente. Gran cancion, escuchenla detenidamente.
9. The Phantom Of The Opera (5)
Cover que NIGHTWISH interpreta con la fuerza necesaria en un album de genero metal. Escuhenlo y deleitense.
10. Beauty Of The Beast (5)
Culmina el album con esta balada dividida en tres partes. Comienza con una balada, la segunda parte encuentra la fuerza para darle brillo a la cancion, y culmina con un monologo para calmar los animos de aquellos que la escuchan. Tarja sorprende, nuevamente, con su melodiosa voz.
Es un gran album. No duden en comprarlo.
