hey people do yourselves a favor and go blow a big one. Nirvana was one of the best bands ever and in my opinion the the best, specially this album,, its so cool specially the songs dive, stain, ben a son, hairspray queen, aero zepplin, and aneurysim. All of you people who keep giving nirvana bad reviews cause you think they are overratted ars stupid and the jokes on you. Grunge was the last good thing that happened in music, music has not been as boring or stupid in a long time with the exception of a handfull of names, marilyn manson, tool, pantera, disturbed, breaking benjamin, and afi are the only bands out today worth listening to.Free Music Review: A better bleach

Incesticide reminds me of Bleach. It has the same raw feel. The songs though, are much better and sound more experienced. The first half has the more radio-friendly songs(not that they are at all) and the second half has a lot of screaming. From Dive, you know that this is not going to be Nevermind. Its a good buy if you like Nirvana a lot and can tolerate a lot of screaming songs. If you like Bleach or In Utero, you will probably like it. If you've just heard Nevermind and liked it, you can't really predict it. It takes a little while to get into it. Give it a chance. Once you do, its hard to get sick of...probably the hardest.Free Music Review: Pure Nirvana!!

This album, a compilation of rarities, b-sides, etc., is perhaps one of the clearest affirmations of Nirvana's greatness. It is not their best stuff, but it is better than the best that most other bands could put out. Incesticide shows a Nirvana much different from the three studio albums. It has somewhat quirky covers from one of Curt's favorite bands, the Vaselines, as well as a cover of a Devo song. Incesticide is not for the untrained ear. It is not some pop filled piece of trash that most bands put out these days--it is pure Nirvana, filled with angst, fear, rage, and just enough weirdness to make this a great album.Free Music Review: Best studio album Nirvana made...

Wow. It's a shame Incesticide wasn't as popular as Nevermind, because it's a fabulous album. Aneurysm and Hairspray Queen are up there with the likes of Teen Spirit if you ask me. Dive: Good

This one and Bleach are their best, without a doubt. You get the pure, unadalterated, freakish, garbage-pail-garage-pop that as millions of fans have discovered in the last decaded-and-a-half, is like communing with the music of the spheres--as the band's name always implied. They were and are, among the very best that rock has to offer. Buy this cd now and blast it as loud as possible at bus stops, on the bus, in your car, on the street, and everywhere--cut through and defy the denser spheres of rap and groin-grinding booming bass and keep melody--fused with distorted guitars and soul--alive!!!!
