Free Music Review: My Review for: Now 16
Hit: 5 Stars

I FINALLY BOUGHT IT!! Obviously not a dissapointment, the now series always get 4 or 5 stars. Ill say about my opinion on the songs and why or not they shouldve been on here, like always.

1. D12- My Band (4/5) Pretty old to put on, but whateva. Its great that they included Eminem on at least one of the NOWs. I love this song and still do, but I didnt give it a 5 cuz it got overplayed to death.
2. Outkast- Hey Ya! (5/5) Overplayed and really old too, but what the heck. I still love it, and its still a really fun dance song. This couldve been on 15 and replaced by Roses or Yeah (dont be stupid to know who does that). This is a classic, like everyone says.
3. Beyonce- Naughty Girl (3/5) Way too overplayed and got really annoying. They couldve put the Lil Flip remix instead. Sigh...
4. Nina Sky featuring Jabba- Move Ya Body (5/5) A current hit, and starting to get really overplayed, but I wont get sick of it. The first time I heard it on the disc, it was slower!! WTF?! Well, its the same song... I was in the pool, and maybe somehow its sounds slower when youre in the pool. See my single review for this. Whos this Jabba guy anyway? A reagae star?
5. Christina Milian- Dip It Low (5/5) Another current hit, and im sure everyone will love it. I guess I like this version better than the Fabolous remix, cuz on the remix Fab sounds like hes never cleared his throat in 6 months. The video is amazing! And, shes soo hot in it! Check it out while you can. They had to put this on.
6. Black Eyed Peas- Hey Mama (5/5) Awsome, this is the video version, and not the really short radio version! Well, its part of the album version on the "cutie cutie, make sure you move you move your booty" part. The album version is very decent, although it is quite different from the video version. I like it tho. Oh, on this version, theres an extra verse from Taboo, Apl De Aep & Tippa Irie (on the album version) that wasnt included in the video! It is gettin old now, but im very glad they added it!
7. Beenie Man featuring Ms. Thang- Dude (5/5) Very hot tune. Too bad it was a minor hit. I know it has been out since December 2003, but it started to do really well in July. Its awsome that they put it on tho, cuz I love it. This is Beenie Man's 2nd time on a Now. His 1st was on Now 11 with Feel It Boy, which features Janet.
8. Petey Pablo- Freak-A-Leek (5/5) Im glad hes back. This got overplayed, but I didnt get tired of it. This is also Petey Pablo's 2nd time. His 1st was on Now 9 with Raise Up. It was really hot at the time, so I knew theyd put it on.
9. Juvenile featuring Soulja Slim- Slow Motion (4/5) JUVE!!! This has to be the biggest hit of his carrer. Im surprised, cuz Cash Money isnt doin that well! Surprises happen, tho! It got very overplayed, so I took 1 star away. I still like it alot tho. RIP Soulja Slim. Its hard to believe hes already dead when this is dominating the charts. Matter fact, its #1 right now on the Billboard Hot 100! Awsome!
10. JoJo- Leave (Get Out) (5/5) Very overplayed too, but I couldnt take 1 star away seeing how JoJos real talanted. Still #1 on Chr Pop! CAN ANYONE BELIEVE SHES ONLY 13?! I love that!
11. Chingy featuring J/Weav- One Call Away (4/5) This is pretty old too, but im glad they didnt leave it off. Its the best Jackpot single. I took 1 star away cuz of the overplaying, again.
12. Britney Spears- Everytime (3.5/5) A nice ballad from Britney, but it got annoying. OVERPLAYED YET AGAIN!!! Outrageous is much better anyway. I knew theyd add it tho.
13. Jessica Simpson- Take My Breath Away (4/5) Not that big of a hit for Jessica. It did hit the top 20 on Billboard tho. It fell soo raplidy after. I dont know if this is better than Berlins version or not. I have heard the Berlin version a few times, but I dont remember much of it. Jess is an ok singer.
14. Hoobastank- The Reason- (4/5) Probably the first or second most overplayed song on here. Im soo happy for Hoobastank anyway, because they scored their first #1 hit anywhere! Maybe Running Away was #1 on Alternitive, but I dont remember it being one.
15. Lenny Kravitz- Where Are We Runnin? (4.5/5) How come everyone says this shouldve been left out?! It may have been a minor hit for Lenny, but damn men! Lenny is a complete Now staple, and his songs on Now 4 & 10 were minor hits, so hey! Its a catchy tune!
16. Yellowcard- Ocean Avenue (4/5) The videos ok. The song, I dunno. Its pretty decent, tho. I guess its Yellowcards first mainstreem hit.
17. Three Days Grace (5/5) Love it! Better than I Hate Everything. It is a little on the repetaive side, bbut its really good. Oh, and people that say this was a minor hit: its currently dominating the rock charts, it just hasnt hit Pop radio yet!!! GRRR!!!!!!! GET A LIFE!
18. Switchfoot- Meant To Live (3.5/5) This is a very good song with a very important message, but I got tired of it, very sadly. Dare You To Move might be better anyway. Thats a really great track too.
19. Los Lonely Boys- Heaven (5/5) Totally catchy! These guys are very talented. They can play the guitar Santana-style! Its still hot right now. Pabcool, whyd you just cough and say Santana, you goofy little fool?! You had to say something other than that! It couldve been alot better! And the guy that says this scares him, why?!! You can really jam to it, and its only about how far heaven is! Listen to it closely and youll ittl grow on you!
20. Gretchen Wilson- Redneck Woman (3/5) The song itself is funny. Its so funny that a girl like her would be a redneck/tomboy. Its pretty annoying, personally. I used to be a HUGE fan of country, but for some reason, I got into rap & pop more. Whatever. That was when I was younger. I cant stand most of it anymore. I still do like little of it, but not all that much as I used to.

Overall, this was an awsome Now packed with hits. Buy it!!
