Free Music Review: This is far better than Now 17...

This CD is far better than Now 17. Half of Now 17 had rap, and I can only listen to so much rap before it gets on my nerves. Some songs on Now 18 aren't exactly hits yet, but maybe the people at Now think they will be, I dunno. Most of the songs are pretty good. Also, the reason why some songs aren't included is because of their record label. The Now series only includes songs from Sony/Universal/EMI/Zomba, while Totally Hits includes artists from the BMG (Arista, RCA, J) and also the Warner (Warner Bros/Reprise/Elektra/Atlantic)music group. Hope that clarifies things somewhat. Hopefully Now 19 will be just as good as Now 18. Maybe some of the songs will be newer as well. Now 19 will probably be out around July 2005 or so. It's hard to believe that Now 20 will be facing us by the end of the year as well.Free Music Review: Prediction Time

Girlfight, Incomplete, Ordinary People, Switch, Hollaback Girl (or Rich girl), Oh, Somebody Told Me, Baby I'm Back, Ass Like That (or Mockingbird), Since You've Been Gone (or behing these Hazel Eyes), Sunday Morning, It's Like That (or we Belong Together), This is How We Do (or Hate It Or Love It), Candy Shop (or Disco Inferno), Independence Day (or vehicle), I don't Want To Be, Lonely No More, American Idiot (or Boulivard of Broken Dreams), Look What You've Done, Jerk It Out , and Girl. This Should Be a preview of what comes out July 19.

Ok, ok, I know that this is supposed to be a review for Now 18, but I can't review for Now 19 anywhere else. The music on Now 19 is much more updated, with hits like "Hollaback Girl" and "Baby I'm Back." But it's still a little outdated with "Mockingbird." It should have been "A** Like That." And "Somebody Told Me" instead of "Mr. Brightside." Overall, I think this Now CD is much more updated than previous ones.
