Free Music Notes for SunnypsyopFree Music Review: The Obscurity Continues Hit: 5 Stars
This sophomore relase from Ohgr is nothing short of what a second release should be. Taking on a more mature sound and production, SunnyPsyOp never fails to amaze and astound. This album sounds like it was generally composed from the Clavia Nord Lead series of synthesizers, as was the debut album Welt. However SunnyPsyOp brings in a more solid bass and complex loops and samples. Making this album shine so much brighter than Welt, which was genius in it's own right.
Free Music Review: music for happy miserable people Hit: 5 Stars
Ohgr continues to evolve the post-Puppy world, and this release is even more accessible--one might even call it friendly--than Walk and Ogre's previous album. Hell-bent on proving you can have anger and pop and introspection and giddy fun all at the same time, Ohgr pounds the entertainment into your head, and makes you glad God invented the "repeat" button on your CD player.
Free Music Review: Ohgr!!!!! Hit: 5 Stars
This is a nice piece of work!!! I first heard this when me and my hushand first started dating and, at first, me being into metal, not really feeling it. Until i when to seeing Skinny Puppy live in Atlanta. I was stuck!!! Now, I love this band more than Slipknot. Ohgr solo album is great. Ohgr, you rock!!!
Free Music Review: SunnyCDlp Hit: 5 Stars
This record is perhaps best described as a psychopathic smile. Many would lament over how insane/depressed/angstful/filled with ennui we are. But Ogre would have us skip over the despairing bodies in the road with a spring in our step and a glint in our knife. Er, eye.
Free Music Review: My favorite ohGr release Hit: 5 Stars
I noticed some negative reviews of this release and frankly I loved it. From a dj point of view both jacKo & Magic work great on the dance floor and I enjoyed the cd overall more than Welt. This cd also includes a video on it for the title track "Magic".
