Free Music Notes for On the Line

Free Music Review: Pop music, on the line???
Hit: 5 Stars

To my own surprise, this CD is actually very, very good! I bought this CD because my favorite artist is featured in it, Robyn. It's her first U.S. single in almost five years (she released a second album that was not released in the U.S....if you're interested in listening to intelligent lyrics, check it out: My Truth - Robyn). Robyn's song is called "Say You'll Walk the Distance." I'm glad she hasn't lost her touch...the song is my favorite on the album. The other songs on this album are pretty good too... Britney Spears is featured in this CD with a new single called "let me be." She's changed her sound a bit, vast improvement. The title track is also very good, it features the main singer from BBMak, Mandy Moore, the NSync boys who are featured in the movie, and some group I've never heard of. Al Green's remix is another great song. Vitamin C and Blaque have good tracks too. It's a fun somewhat, if not completely "pop" CD. Regardless, ROBYN is featured! So, you have to buy it! lol, just kidding.

Free Music Review: Soundtrack of my Summer
Hit: 5 Stars

I have had this CD in my car pretty much since I got it, and it has become the soundtrack of my summer. It has a great mix of styles and artists and, even if you buy this only because you like NSYNC, I think that if you give the whole CD a chance you will end up liking it.

I can't really pick a favorite song because I like them all so well, but it could be NSYNC's "Falling" co-written by Chris Kirkpatrick, a classic NSYNC ballad, with a lovely melody and beautiful harmonies. I also reallly love BBMak's "Don't Look Down" and Britney's "Let Me Be", two artists I had never really listened to before. Oh, and who could forget Al Green's remake of "Let's Stay Together", now that'll get ya goin' on your way to work!!

If you give the "On the Line" soundtrack a chance, I think that you might just discover an artist or style that you didn't think you liked. All in all, for me, "On the Line" is right "on the money" for the listening mood I'm in this summer.

Free Music Review: feel good music (even if britney's on it)
Hit: 5 Stars

This soundtrack is wonderful. The songs really reflect the movie and kind of tell the story of ON THE LINE while you listen to it. The sweet harmonies of Lance, Justin, Joey, JC, and Chris fill the room when you listen to "That Girl" and "Falling". Britney spears is on this CD and I have to say she isn't that bad. She only has one song to, so it won't hurt your ears too bad. There are also a lot of unknown artists on this CD. Many of them have great tunes and great voices. If any of you all are NSYNC fans you know who Meredeth Edwards is. She has her lovely song "Ready to Fall" on it and Joey has a little solo song on his own, suprising enough it is the same song! He sounds great singing it. I hope you buy this soundtrack cause it's surely one of my favorites!!!

Free Music Review: Not so boyband album!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

Ok so *Nsync does have two songs on the album, but I assure you that you will find this soundtrack very refreshing and uplifting. With the resurection of a popular Al Green song mid-way thru the album, and a surprizingly talented solo from Joey Fatone, I found myself singing along after only the second round of listening. It's a perfect car-toons CD or something to get you through the work day. A nice mix of new and popular artists, including Lance Bass's protege Meredith Edwards that sings the country version of the solo Joey Fatone introduces. I highly recomend this soundtrack to round out your collection. And buying it on Amazon will save you buck$! I unfortunately bought it "discounted" at a major everything store and still paid more than Amazon.

Free Music Review: On the Line is the BEST!!!!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

Ok... The movie On the Line is awesome.... But the soundtrack is even more awesome.... Totally and waaaayyyy cool..... I love The song "On the Line" and "Ready to Fall." I like Joey's voice though... Melissa makes it sound like..... dunno!!!! The movie is great... And so are the songs... I also like the "Fallin'" song of *NSYNC and "Let me Be" of Britney.... "Don't look down is great tooo!!!! "Let's Stay TOgether is kinda cute... the melody I mean... the voice is just so annoying.... "Do you C what I C?" is like, not fit for this album.... Anyway, I highly recommend this album... It's really a great album... And if you get bored of listening to dull pop songs, I assure you that this will keep you groovin'.... Rock ON!!!!!
