The 5 star reviews for this album are hilarious. This is probably the best example Ive ever seen of 'manufactured music'. It is very safe, and blends two boring radio bands (coldplay and radiohead) into one boring radio band. If you enjoy being spoon fed garbage, please, by all means get this album. If you enjoy your music with an ounce of feeling, you may find this album offensive to your very core.Free Music Review: One to buy

After listening to their stuff on the TV featuring Timberland i was waiting for the release in the UK but couldn't wait.
The rest of the album is as impressive as the song that everyone looks to when they mention one republic.
My view is that the original version of Apologize is the better out of the two.
So all in all this is a fantastic album and looking forward to future albums

The song "Too Late To Apologize" is the hit song on the CD, but the other songs are worthy of carrying the CD. The other songs have their own pace and style unique to the CD. They carry their own weight and are very good.

Apologize is a great song but listening to it repeatedly can depress the hell out of you as you recall all of your failed relationships. There are a few other good songs on this album and the vocals are pretty good. Mercy is also a good song.
