Free Music Review: Watch out for the song samples included by Amazon

This review will not be in the usual format, since this product has been extensively and very well reviewed by prior reviewers.
Rather, I want to alert Amazon customers that the samples for the short songs (< 1 min) are way too short and insufficient to tell what the song is like.
In particular, Up the Spout is so short that it is impossible to find what part of the song the sample came from.
Even on short songs, a 10-sec sample should be enough without "giving away the house".

This is the best movie soundtrack I have heard in a while. Great mix of genres. Most of the songs are upbeat, though there are a couple nice mellow songs as well. Though some of the singers, Moldy Peaches for instance, have somewhat awkward voices, it still sounds good. Whoever picked the songs for this movie did an excellent job because all of them vibe with the film really well. I definitely recommend buying the soundtrack (and the movie when it comes out).Free Music Review: This Sountrack Basically Rules

I went and saw the movie last week, and a couple days later I got the soundtrack. having had some more opportunities to listento the music, I love it even more now than I did while I was watching the movie. It's the quirkiest, most random lineup ever, and I love it. The opening track, "All I want is You," and "Anyone Else But You" are my favorites. And now I'm looking up Kimya Dawson and some of the other artists to buy their CDs in addition to this one.Free Music Review: Music that makes you feel good

I got this cd after I saw the movie, which I thought was great. I love them both! It was a gift for Valentine's Day, how appropriate.
The songs make you feel good and they make me smile. The lyrics are goofy and it is just great music that makes you feel great.
I am definitely telling all my friends to get it. My favorite song: Expectations by Belle and Sebastian, with Cat Power's cover of Sea of Love in a close 2nd!

I really enjoyed the movie Juno and my friend and I left the movie theatre humming all the catchy indie tunes.
So I was definitely excited when I saw that they were releasing a soundtrack for the film. If you like indie pop--especially the type with lots of stories--you'll enjoy the juno soundtrack. The inclusion of the track where Ellen Page and Michael Cera sing Anyone Else But You at the end of the movie is a nice bonus.
