As an avid fan of television themes I must applaud this collection.
For years and years I searched record stores and Phonolog editions for TV themes and info. Volumes 1 through 7 brought us the first comprehensive collection of TV themes ever released.
There were a greater number of themes that had been re-created in these first 7 volumes than I'd like to see. Just the same, I was happy to have as many originals as I found on these earlier volumes.
The All Time Top 100 TV Themes nearly fills all the gaps. I recommend this collection as the best available to date.

I thought this was GREAT, so many tv themes...a lot of which I wanted but ya know what...they forgot the most important one for me & that's Airwolf, IMO the ONLY greatest tv theme in history! (I AM entitled to my opinion). SOOOO no purchase of this one for me thanx. Dudes what WERE you thinking leaving that one out?!Free Music Review: Superb

Those reviews complaining that the tv themes are too short are correct, but most are the original recordings like heard from the shows themselves. If you are looking for or want the full version of these songs, look elsewhere, or maybe try iTunes. Some might be/maybe outdated, so take what you can get at this point in time. This CD brought back many memories for me and my husband. My adult children had their own memories when the music was closer to what they watched. It is always fun to sit around and guess what the music belongs too....Have some fun and buy it!!!!
