I'm a faithful Gilmore Girls fan so I was happy to hear that there was a soundtrack on the market. Rarely have I ever found a soundtrack that I really enjoyed EVERY single song. I love the fact that this collection has a mixture of fun, uptempo songs like "I'm the Man Who Murdered Love" and slow, thoughtful numbers like "My Little Corner of the World." This CD has a wonderful mix of rare gems and I would highly recommend it to anyone (even if you don't watch Gilmore Girls). :-)Free Music Review: Great Television Soundtrack..

Out of all the other television soundtracks that I have and that I've listened to, I think this one is one of the best ones. In a few other soundtracks, I maybe listen to about 5 songs and that's it. "Our little corner of the World" music from Gilmore Girls, has great songs. It has punk, it has a bit of rock and a bit of everything, especially the theme song sung by Carole King and her daughter Louise Goffin. Excellent!! This CD is so good! I ordered it and it came within the next day and it hasn't left my CD player! It has all the great songs you hear on Gilmore Girls (one of the best shows!) and they make you remember all the episodes you love! Sam Phillips' Cues bring the show to life in your head while you listen! XTC, PJ Harvey and Sam Phillips are only a few of the great artists on this CD, and the others are awesome as well! If you like any of these things, this soundtrack is for you! Some of the artists I thought no one had ever heard of, and Gilmore Girls brought to life bands like Slumber Party and Ash. The "lala's" are even entertaining. They add to the Gilmore Girls style while listening tp the soundtrack. Gilmore Girls itself wouldnt be complete without the "lala's" The cd is fun, entertaining, and deep all at the same time. Wonderful compilation!!!!!!!!!Free Music Review: All the great tunes!!

Love the show Gilmore Girls since the very beginning and love all the great array of music that has always graced the show! I was happy to find out about this eclectic mix of songs from the show and even happier when I received it!! It is great, not only the music which ranges from the Ramones to Bjork and The Shins, but it is funny when you can place the song with the episode, it is fun!! A definite have CD for the Gilmore Girls fan and any music lover!!!
