Free Music Review: A new classic CD
Hit: 5 Stars

Before I start I want you to know that I am a new fan or Papa Roach. Ever since I heard LAST RESORT on the radio i've been a fan. I bought there CD soon after. When I first heard INFEST, DEAD CELL, and BROKEN HOME I knew this CD would be good. The singer has an awesome voice. There lyrics are very meaningful. This CD reminds me of KoRns first CD. You can feel the pain of the band in there lyrics. There music is all together great. This will be a classic CD someday. This band is not just any Rap/Metal band. They stand out from the crowd. I think every fan should buy this CD. I just wish it were longer.

Free Music Review: These guys are better in person.

This cd "Infest" is very good, just like all their others. If you think this cd is good. why dont you check out "old friends from young years" or "5 tracks deep". Those are good too. I have known papa roach for quite a while. they are from my hometown. and i remember when a lot of people from other states looked down on them, saying they would never make it. They have been playing shows in vacaville for quite some time and no one ever really came out. but now that they got big, everyone likes them.. support your local music scene because you will never know where its going to go.

Free Music Review: good
Hit: 5 Stars

i thought this cd was wicked good. "last resort" was stuck in my head for weeks when i first heard it so i got the cd and it was great. for all the people that think they sold out that is just stupid. just because they got famous doesnt mean that they sold out. i'm pretty sure the goal of being in music is to make money so they are doing a good job of it. as for mr. white trash who was talkin about the people that also got nelly. i didnt know it was wrong to like more than one type of music..interesting. well just stay in your trailer park and dont bother us with your reviews..peace i'm out.

Free Music Review: Papa Roach. Infest.
Hit: 5 Stars

This album blew me away. Yes, the album with the roach on the cover blew me away. This is metal/rap more Limp Bizkit style rather than Linkin Park Style. The guitar riffs prove indestructable blaring energy while lead singer Coby Dick (who later admits his true name to Jacoby Shaddix in LoveHateTragedy)
yells and raps in and out of verses and choruses along heavy metal guitar riffs by guitarist Tobin Esperance, bassist, Jerry Horton, and drummer David Buckner who throw the ultimate Metal/Rap experience at us. Favorite Songs: Last Resort, Thrown Away, Between Angels And Insects, and Blood Brothers.

Free Music Review: A great rapcore album
Hit: 5 Stars

After seeing P-roach play the warped tour, I realized why this is such a sucessfull album. Coby doesn't "pretend like he's mad" like Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit. He tells things from his p.o.v. and people take it seriously. With issues such as suicide "Last Resort", trouble at home "Broken Home", and the thin line between evil "Tightrope", this is an album with meaning. Little MTV kids buying the album because "Coby is so hot" don't give a rat's a** about the music. If you are a fan of Staind, Korn, or P.O.D., buy this album- you won't be sorry.
