Free Music Review: A Clever, Loud, and Overall Great Performance from P-Roach.
Hit: 5 Stars

As soon as you hear the heavy riff and the voice of J. Shaddix a.k.a. C. Dick, you should be hooked. The first -album-titled- track 'Infest' is a roudy song talking about how they will 'infest'. Other great songs is the first single Last Resort, which has great guitars, and talks about suicide; Broken Home, which talks about friction in family relationships; Between Angels and Insects, the best song on the album, is a meaningful song about materialism of people around the world; Revenge, a hard hitting song, dark and brooding, about an abused woman who got revenge on her boyfriend and went insane; Snakes, very good guitars and an aggressive rap about 'snakes' (back-stabbers); and Thrown Away, an extremely loud song talking about behavioural problems, and featuring a very clever rap by Shaddix.

Overall amazing guitars and Shaddix's strong rapping voice is dominant in this album. Be sure to check out Lovehatetragedy (**** FG rating) in stores now!

Free Music Review: The Greatest Album Ever Made
Hit: 5 Stars

This must be the single greates album ever made. Nothing else i have even compare to this except "The Sickness".

Every song on here is worth a 5/5 except "Tight Rope" and "Never Enough" which deserve a 4/5. Coby realy brings out his inner demons and aggresition on this album. This is what put Papa Roach on the market.

His Rap-Metal is flawless. There isn't too much rapping as Rage Against the machine sometimes tends to do. The great part is it isn't all obnocious screaming.

As i said before, this album is No.1 and probably always will be with "The sickness" Following Close behind. I realy wish Coby would have made Love Hate Trajety sound like this album did. He didn't and the sales #'s show. When you have something good going for you dont try to change it. "If it aint broke dont fix it" the best lesson you'll ever learn.

Buy this album. You will not be dissapointed.

I am a faithful P Roach fan. I have supported them before being signed (I live in Vacaville, Ca..hometown). Anyway...this review will not be biased just because I live in their hometown. The time that this album came out rap-rock was huge and I liked it...a lot. Unlike all the other rap-rock bands around, though, Papa Roach had meaning behind all of their sounds. For a white guy, Jacobe was a great vocalist and the rest of the band followed. I can honestly say that each track on this album are good. Everything is catchy and I do not think the band was trying to be catchy because a lot of these songs were played in concert before ever being signed. My standout track is "Binge"; I loved the song before and on this album they completely changed it (like Tightrope). This album is rather old now, but it still holds up to today. I am also a fan of LoveHateTragedy and feel that Getting Away With Murder will do justice also.

Free Music Review: Please don't stereotype, it's all from the heart
Hit: 5 Stars

OK, so I know everybody wants to call P-Roach just "another rapcore band" but PLEASE give them a fair chance. I've followed these guys from the beginning and can tell you they deserve the success and are hard-working guys who will/have done any and everything for their music and their fans. The CD is WONDERFUL, however hard it may be for some older fans to get used to the new production sound.Especially songs like the hidden track/remake Tightrope, which really gives you a taste of how talented and flexilbe this band is. Every last note, scream, and beat is directly from the hearts of these guys. And even though the CD is awesome, you honestly can't EVEN understand the band until you experience them live. So buy the CD, see them live, and let the lyrics sink in, THEN come back and write your review when you've had a chance to TRULY experience PAPA ROACH! I LOVE YOU GUYS! --peace out---

Free Music Review: listen to the beat of the music...you'll love it
Hit: 5 Stars

Well..assuming you dont take into account Josh hxc's review (cause he doesnt know how to spell)...then id say most reviews of this album have been atleast decent! And as they should be. This cd is a great blend of rap rock, and a little funk. Coby raps out meaningful lyrics (not something you find often in rap), both Tobin and Jerry deliver excellent performances on bass and guitar with cool rythyms and changups, and Dave gives agreat effort ont eh drums with new and challenging rythyms. Now if you can get past songs like "last resort"...which actually isnt one of my favorite syou will find songs on this album like "binge" and "tightrope" which both have meaning and make you feel for the music. Also while listening to this you find yourself sort of...moving...dancing in a way...to the interesting rythyms that are thrown at you. This cd is well worth buying!
