Free Music Review: Amazing. Alot better than I would have thought.

Well first of all let me just say that all of you saying that Papa Roach is just another rap/rock band are wrong 1:they have been around for years on the indy circuit and 2: they have a sound quite their own. Now back to the album the best tracks are Last Resort, Broken Home, Dead Cell,Between angels and insects, Blood Brothers, Revenge, Never Enough, And Binge. I think the main problem with Papa Roach is that they went mainstream at the wrong time, and were clumped together with all of these other rap/rock bands. The overall structure of the album is very good,it easily has 8 strong tracks including 3 singles.Do yourself a favor and pick this up, if your still skeptical buy a used copy for 5 bucks. I did. My only complaint is that pretty much all of their old material is out-of-print and isn't available any more.Free Music Review: P roach review

Believe me when i say this... but this is one of the best albums out there in stores at the moment. This is P roaches 1st album on a major record label and boy did they provide. The riffs are mind blowing and included with the meaningful lyrics,it adds up to make a quality album. "Infest" IS better then there follow up album "Lovehatetragedy" but it was to be expected (i dont think they'll make a betta cd for a long time). There 3rd album is coming out in march and purely for the love i have for their first album its gona b on the top of my wish wanted list. I like all of the songs but Last Resort, Broken home, binge, snake and between angels and insects are the ones u R sure 2 njoy. I cant think of a bad thing to say about this cd,one of the best Nu-MetaL albums out. GET IT NOW!Free Music Review: One of the best rap-metal albums

This is one of my favourite albums. For me, rap-metal should be this way. Rap-singing and screaming vocals, fast and hard guitar riffs, great lyrics (not just simply 'Hey girl, come with me, I'm cool, let's party', etc).From the catchy 'Last resort' (for me, the most catchy song of all time), the awesome 'Between angels and insects' (my favourite track), the heart-felt 'Broken home', the fast and hard 'Dead cell', the powerful 'Snakes'...all songs are simply perfect.
Second Papa Roach album 'LoveHate Tragedy' was very disappointing to me after hear what this band can do. 'Infest' is a rap-metal masterpiece and I really hope Papa Roach next album to be more similar to this than 'LoveHate Tragedy'.

This CD is better than: 1. Thriller, Michael Jackson. 2. The White Album, The Beatles 3. Exile On Main Street, The Rolling Stones 4. Astral Weeks, Van Morrison 5. Dark Side Of The Moon, Pink Floyd The thing that sets Papa Roach so far above all of these amateurs is that they R-O-C-K! So what if they can't spell, read, or write. They R-O-C-K! Papa Roach has the most unique sound ever heard amongst human ears. Only demons can play cooler music than this. But the demons wouldn't R-O-C-K! THis is music for the genetically inferior amongst humans. It calls to the most base of passions in pre-pubescent, black-clad, hip-hopping miscreants. The prevailing question that one is left with upon listening to this record is this: "what is this world coming to?"....Free Music Review: pop in papa roach and rock!

I must say, I don't really care for rock/rap artists or bands. Not really a "Rage" fan, so when a friend of mine wanted me to listen to the album, I wasn't that excited to have to listen to it...that is until I heard them play. Lots of energy and good music on this CD. Every song on this CD is good. Infest busts out hard and straight to the point setting the stage for the rest of the album so you'll know what to expect. The music is definately not a "hip/hop" sound. So even without the lyrics, you could just sit back and jam to the music itself. Listen to this album a few times and you'll catch yourself singing along to it like it was some catchy nursery rhyme you can't get outta your head. Go ahead and buy it and do yourself a favor!
