Free Music Notes for ParisFree Music Review: Good Work Hit: 5 Stars
This album is a fun album that has various types of songs on it; mostly good for moving to. The album doesn't try to stretch Paris' abilities, she sings as you'd expect her to, she sounds all right, she isn't truly SINGing, but it sounds fine nonetheless, no one expects her to be a SINGER or an ARTist, so she's just all right. The beats and everything else inspired and created for this album are great; the songs are catchy, they're impressive for the fact that you'd expect crap from Paris Hilton, and this isn't a crappy album. I'm not talking about the actual person, I'm talking about the album. IT's a good album for its genre. As for the actual person, that's another subject.
Free Music Review: Give her a chance! Hit: 5 Stars
After hearing Stars are Blind on the radio, I couldn't believe that itwas Paris Hilton who sang it. I decided to give the album a try, and I am glad I did.
If you buy her album believing/expecting she is the next Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, or even Christina Aguilera, then yes, you will be disappointed. But if you expect a fun, upbeat, danceable, and an album to sing along to, you will be happy to spend the $10 on it.
The album to me is the perfect, carefree, end of summer album to drive around to. I love Stars are Blind, Turn it Up, Jealousy, and Screwed. Fightin' Over Me is different, but I like it too.
Give Paris a chance!
Free Music Review: Paris Is Burning .... Hit: 5 Stars
Easy guys ... Everyone that hates Paris is obviously going to be looking for fault in her first CD venture, but if you come at it with an open mind, and a willingness to dance, This album is the perfect end to summer. I loved "Turn It Up" as a hot little dance track to shake it for your man to .... "Stars Are Blind" is a beautiful Labor Day Weekend song to drive down to the beach to. "Screwed" was a lot of fun. Listen, I am not going to just judge her for her actions in the past, her music was cool and worth the price. Enjoy and give the girl a break, how many CDS have YOU released?? THATS HOT
Free Music Review: Paris Hilton... Hit: 5 Stars
Some people don't realize that Paris didn't just wake up one day and say...I'm rich! I should make a CD! She actually put a lot of time into this, and it shows. While the CD could've been a bit longer, it still features great singles like "Screwed", "Stars Are Blind", "Jealousy", "Fighting Over Me", and "Nothing In This World"...among many more. Almost every song is a keeper. I am proud to say that I like the Paris Hilton CD. I wish her nothing but the best.
The only song that isn't the best is the Rod Stewart cover "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy", but even that isn't that bad.
Free Music Review: Great Hit: 5 Stars
You don't need to take music appreciation courses to determine what is good music or bad, just listen. Don't plug your ears because the media tells you not to like Paris Hilton. If you like pop or dance music, you will like this album. The vocals are mild and pleasant while the songs are catchy without being infectiously sugary.
The lyrics are honest and don't reach for the range of emotions just to have them on the album. I listen to this CD often and my friends totally love it (though I didn't tell them who it was).
