There should be a category called rock and real rock. The reason is because half of the music that is considered rock today, really isn't. Pat Benatar is the QUEEN. She knows how to make excelent sound with her voice. Each song makes a person want to dance. If, you listen to ''Love is a Battlefield'', you'll fall in love with this song. Like, ''promises in the Dark,'' shows how a man really wants is only your body. But, the same message is in ''Sex is a Weapon.'' In the song ''you better run'' says that i'm mad at you and stop trying to play with her heart. I think all girls have been in this situation some time or another. I recently purchased this CD and was pleased with how many of Pat Benatar's hits were included. This was certainly a great value. There were many songs I had forgotten that she had done and was pleasantly surprised to hear them again.
The CD sounds great too and you can really turn the volume up in the car and rock out.

I always buy the best of Albums after seeing an artist in concert. I just caught Pat in Reno opening her 2007 tour. Pat (and band) you still look and sound great! What a surprise the album was. I had completely overlooked how many great songs her group had produced. If you don't own a bunch of her albums, then definitely own this CD.
