I wanted to have a greatest hits collection of PJ and i'm glad to say that I'm very happy to own it. Its so amazing one great song follows the other.. Totally recommended for PJ fans.Free Music Review: Good representation of the band.

Most of pearl jam's more popular song's are represented here and also a few fan favorites like Breath, State of Love and Trust. Normally I'm not a big fan of greatest hits but pj did make this worth buying for the fan that already has the songs on the popular albums by including the aforementioned songs and also song's like Man of The Hour, Last Kiss, Yellow Ledbetter. If you're a new fan this a great place to start. And old fan's may enjoy the remix's. (just sound remixes). It is odd that there is no Tremor Christ on here as it was their second most successful single ever. And the absence of In My Tree and Present Tense is nearly inexcusable. All in all though it is a good collection at a great price from one of the best band's in the world so you really can't go wrong with picking this one up and get the marvelous "Lost Dogs" while you're at it.Free Music Review: Great Greatest Hits album

After reading some really lame 1-star reviews I felt the need to post my vision on this album. I think it's a great 'intro' album for the unitiated and also a great addition for the fans, with remixes from old songs and some tracks you can't find on other PJ albums. Besides that, the concept of the 'up' and 'down' discs and the sublime packaging make this a nessecity for your PJ collection. A great job has been done with the song-selection. Some albums may be underexposed but this collection selects their most well-known songs, each of them can't be missed at all and it leaves room for surprises to fill out 2 excellent cd's. Awesome! I guarantee you will net regret buying this best of. The only problem is that it doesn't have any of the newest songs on it. Pearl Jam has so many amazing songs on this compilation and so many more. For those of you who haven't heard very much PJ, buy this and you will be hooked for life.
