Free Music Review: exactly what i was waiting for!

I have been a Patton fan for a few years now, I have heard all of his work with various artists, and his solo joints. I am able to digest all of his music, even the most "out there" and experimental and I have been waiting for a coherent and structured album from Patton since Lovage the tomahawk albums and California. True he delves into the musical unknown and maps out strange paths and creates new sounds, but his structured work is so beautiful and awesome. California by Mr. Bungle is one of the best albums ever made, ALONG WITH kING FOR A DAY, FOOL FOR A LIFETIME BY fAITH nO mORE, Mit Gas by TOmahawk and Music to make love to your old lady by by Lovage.With the relase of Suspended animation and General patton, it seemed that a structured Patton album was not going to happen. He seemed content in the abstract and the unknown and the rumors of peeping tom seemed just to be rumors and nothing more. THen one day as I was surfing myspace.com i came across peeping toms page,a nd I was blown away to find out that Peeping TOm had finally released, after years of waiting for it to surface, and I will say that I am impressed and I love this album. Its structured Patton with special guests! Hip hop beats and instruments played by Patton himself and much electonic mumbo jumbo give this album a nice appocalyptic futuristic vibe. Throw in the ecclectic and sporadic vision of Mr. Patton and you have an amazing accesible album. Patton purists might have a problem with this one, because it deviates from what gave Patton a huge underground following, which is fantomas and Mr. Bungle and his self titled work. I personally think his new path, which delves into electronic and hip hop(General Patton and the xecutioners, Lovage, Peeping Tom)was the only place to go. Patton has lierally experienced all forms of music, why not hip hop and trip hop?
