Free Music Notes for Perfume: The Story of a MurdererFree Music Review: Drifting on a Cloud Hit: 5 Stars
I'm a movie score nut! There, I said it. And I have my favorites. "Perfume" is now among them, and I haven't even seen the movie (yet). This is one of the most beautiful, intoxicating scores I've heard in years. That it was composed by director Thomas Tykwer makes it all the more fascinating. I enthusiastically encourage anyone interested in lyrical, contemplative music to check this CD out. Wonderful!
Free Music Review: Intoxicating Hit: 5 Stars
One of the most BEAUTIFUL symphonic scores I have EVER heard. I can't stop listening to this music! It's so beautiful. The movie was strange, but the soundtrack is what kept it moving and alive for me. If you are a fan of classical music and love emotional scores at LEAST sample the songs here on amazon. This score is one of the best musical findings of my year so far! I love it!
Free Music Review: Perfect Music for a Great Film Hit: 5 Stars
Tom Tykwer, Sir Simon Rattle and the Berliner Philharmoniker did a brilliant job in navigating us emotionally through the film and showing us the depth of Grenouille's tormented soul. If you like Classical Music as well as Soundtracks in general, you'll be very, very pleased with this piece. It's beautiful. It's even breathtaking at some points! Buy it!
Free Music Review: Haunting and Exquisite Hit: 5 Stars
Hauntingly rich, this soundtrack delivers a beautiful mixture of dramatically powerful and mystically sweet, dreamlike orchestral ambiance blended with piercingly clear choral vocals able to send your blood coursing, raise your fine hairs and bring tears to your eyes. Exquisite.
Free Music Review: Hauntingly Beautiful Hit: 5 Stars
If you've seen this move, you'll love the soundtrack just as equally. Beautiful, melodic tracks will make you recall each scene you've heard them in. Even if you never saw the movie, the tracks themselves can lull you into places in your own imagination.
