Wonderful album that moved me to what my Greatgrand parents and the children must have experienced coming to America. Have always enjoyed Mr. Coutier's compositions but this one and his "Lake of Shadows" especially touched me. You can feel the sorrow, fear and ultimately the joy in every note.
