Free Music Review: We Really Enjoyed This!

I found this CD at my public library and thought it might be an adequate collection to introduce my 5 year old daughter to some classic American folksongs.
I have never heard of this guy Phil Rosenthal before (should I have?) but I thought all the songs were surprisingly enjoyable to listen to. My favorite is "Goodnight Irene" and my daughter, who also loves the CD, is going around singing "Buffalo Gals" which is her choice for best song.
The library copy is pretty worn so I was surprised and very happy to see that Amazon still has this available to buy. It's definitely going on my wish list. Too bad there aren't samples to listen to of this great CD.
