Free Music Notes for Missundaztood AlbumFree Music Review: Pretty Good, but no match for Can't Take Me Home Hit: 4 StarsPink's seconds album is no way as good as the first one! The songs are pretty good themself, but she has changed her music style completely and it's not as good as the other one. The lyrics and theme one or two of the songs of the song are very 'Pink' but they sound too pop like. Highlights include 18 Wheeler, Numb and Get The Party Started, though the title track isn't bad either. Unfortunatly, there are no more brilliant Most Girls or You Make Me Sick-like songs. I've rated them all in my opinion..no ten's Im afraid, they all go to her old songs! M!ssundatood - 7/10 - a softer pop song that's good to sing along to. Don't Let Me Get Me - 7.5/10 - a fairly fast song that has a similar theme to the brilliant Split Personality, but the tune doesn't quite match it's standards. Just Like a Pill - 7/10 - you have to listen to this song several times to like it. Get The Party Started - 8.5/10 - her first single from this album, a good, upbeat song. Respect - 8/10 - this song has a bit more attitude in it that the others. Will have you all shouting out 'Ladies!' 18 Wheeler - 8.5/10 I hated this song at first but after a few listen I really like it. A pop song with a bit more rock base. The chrous is pretty good. Family Portrait - 7/10 - this is a bit more like Pink's old style. It has a serious message in it. The song itself is good but I feel this doesn't really fit in an album like this. Still a good song and the ending's good, but not the sort of thing to play at a club. Misery - 6/10 - this sounds like an B-side 70's ballad. Her voice doesn't soun so good in this song. Dear Diary - 7/10 - a Britney style song, quite a nice ballad. Eventually - 5/10 - this ballad is pretty boring, is doesn't have much of a tune or anything. Pink should have replaced it with a Respect cross Family Portait style song. Lonely Girl - 8/10 - quite a good ballad song. It has a good chrous in it. Numb - 8.5 - a really cool upbeat song, similar to 18 Wheeler. Good chrous, but it's quite a short song. Going to California - 6/10 - This is a pretty dull song, with little beat, base or decent lyrics. It improves towards the end, but not very much. My Vietnam - 6.5/10 - this is a bit of a wierd song, very unusual. I thought the lyrics were prettygood, but like Family Portrait, it doesn't really fit into today's style Overall, a solid album, no way as good as her first, but not a load of rubbish either. Shame there are none of her trademark 'hit the boys up' songs about revenge and strong, single girls! If you really like Pink and have a wide taste is music, then you should buy this. If you only liked Pink's older singles, I'd give this a miss.
