This is my favorite CD of my collection. I only listen to this nowadays, because it's a billion times better than my other CDs. I listened to it all day when I got it! It's very great. My favorite songs are Written on my Heart {"Now I know right from the start your love was written on my heart}, Soul Tatoo {It's true that you are my soul tatoo}, When your Spirit Gets Weak {Every body's gotta stand up on their feet, everybody needs a dream when the spirit gets too weak}, and I Will Rescue You {When ever you're lost and confused like a fairy tale come true I will rescue you}. I've written the best parts of the songs after the titles. If you want a new CD but can't find a good band to buy, get "The Promise" by Plus One! All fans of the current crop of boybands will love Plus One. attractive guys singing sweet ballads and uptempo, catchy pop songs. One thing is different. The guys sing about God and that what makes this album so wondeful. Filled with lush harmonies and inspirational lyrics the guys have proven that they do this for the love of singing and for their love of God. The Promise, When Your Sprit Gets Weak. Last Flight Out, and God is in This Place are stunning ballads sung perfectly, and filled with a gospel choir that will send chills down your back. Vocally these guys are the better than Backstreet and 98 Degrees. I wouldn't go as far as to say better than Nsync, but they have the potential. I highly recomend this album. I've been listening to Christian music- all kinds of it- for years now. Even so, listening to all the gospel medleys can get boring to those of us who know the Christian music circuit pretty well.So, I got into pop-Christian, like V*Enna, ZoeGirl, etc. I listened to Plus One- and was BLOWN AWAY. These guys are awesomely talented. They are the Christian Backstreet Boys- only with 100% more talent! Their harmonies are excellent, their songs are rhythmic and very pop-y, and the CD is an all-around excellent one. My personal favorite songs are "My Life" (excellent dance tune with a good message) and "Soul Tattoo", another excellent inspirational song with nice harmonies.
Trust me, you aren't wasting your money on Plus One!
Free Music Review: Greatest cd I ever heard!!!!!!!

You might think that Plus One is just another one of those boy bands but they're not! They're actually christian but they sound exactly like a boy band like *NSYNC or BSB! I mean I love *NSYNC but I was getting a little bored of love songs then I heard this cd and and I fell in love with it!!! The song that I absoulutely love is Wtitten on my Heart, I also like all the other songs but Written on my Heart just sticks out! The only song I don't really like is God is in this Place cause' the melody is all wrong but it's the perfect message and I should know cause' I'm christian myself so my advice to you is Get This Cd PLUS ONE IS Music Review: Cool Album. Great for teenage girls

The fourth song on the album has had some not so good reviews, so here is a good word for it. I think it's really good. My fav part is the end where Nate (one of the guys) sings, "Everybody's got a time, everybody's got a day. Lookin' up to Heaven, hear Him call your name." To me, it's almost an invitation to come to Christ. The other songs are super. There are two, clean, decent love songs (Last Flight Out, Here in My Heart). The other songs are encouraging and uplifting, and are good witnesses. I always have the cd in my cd player, on repeat. If your teenager is addicted to BSB or Insync, try giving them A Plus One cd. See what they think. They may throw out Insync and BSB!!!!
