Free Music Notes for Ghost In The Machine [Digipak]Free Music Review: Police at their best Hit: 5 Stars
Wonderful CD. The sound is very pleasant to listen to and unique and it will continue to be a classic for years to come. I remember also listening to these songs in the very early 80's (1981) when they were really popular. That was when you had to listen them on a record or a tape recorder. My brother used to listen to this album all the time. I guess that's how I was introduced to their songs way back in the golden years of the early 80s.
Free Music Review: A masterpiece Hit: 5 Stars
With the Police's 4th album, they completely redefined their sound ... and the result is arguably their greatest record.
Sounding unlike anything produced before or since, this song melds superb pop craftsmanship with a surprisingly sophisticated political and spiritual outlook. And while it's perhaps not as accessible as "Synchronicity," it's musically even more complex and sophisticated.
Free Music Review: The Police On Fire! Hit: 5 Stars
What can I say about this album that hasn't been said already. The Police are such a tight band and boy can they write songs! Listen to this album and I do mean listen to it. Listen to the lyrics and listen to the music. It's an awesome album that everyone should listen to even if you were not a huge Police fan.
Free Music Review: The Darkest Police CD Hit: 5 Stars
Ghost In The Machine is an exceptional CD and probably the darkest of all of them. Invisible Sun, Spirits In The Material World, Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic, Rehumanize Yourself, Demolition Man. The entire CD is a very interesting evaluation of mankind.
Free Music Review: Updating my Police collection Hit: 5 Stars
I was replacing my very old cassettes with CDs finally...
Love the album.... my only disappointment... casing is cardboard.
Not a plastic case as one expects.
Product feels cheap... but I know what golden music lies within...
