Free Music Review: THE FIRST WILL NEVER BE TOPPED!

Ok people so if you've been paying attention to some of my reviews you might have noticed that I seem to be a huge fan of this album and now I'm finally going to tell you why. Actually I did have a review for this that I made back in November but about 4 months ago I deleted because frankly it sucked ass.
It's better like this anyway since I've grown to love and appreciate this album so much more since then. I know many people will argue whether or not this is the first DM album, "Dude it's more thrash blah blah blah" and then "No dude, it's f*ckin' straight up death metal man!" You know what? I honestly don't care because the album will simply suck your wretched your soul outta your body and FedEX it right into Satan's doorstep. What, you don't believe me? Well have you actually HEARD this masterpiece? If you doubt me then you obviously have not. Ok so the album having tons of evil riffs makes it a tad more on the thrash side but the vocals are undeniably DEATH METAL, afterall Jeff Becerra is credited as being the first DM vocalist, and a damn good one he makes too. He's got that unique hoarse scream/yell that ya just don't hear anymore. Just like the old saying goes, "They don't make 'em like they used to!" Well ain't that the truth!
As for the songs, well obviously they're straight outta Hell itself! Well I think that just goes without saying. The Exorcist have the cool theme (from the movie of the same name) as the intro and is actually one of the best songs on here. Pentagram has the creepiest most demonic backwards message I've ever f*cking heard. Burning in Hell is a speed-oriented thrash-fest which is likely to cause whiplash. Evil Warriors has the craziest drumming in it that sounds like the theme of Satan's hellions marching into Earth destroying everything. The title track (my personal fave here) is perhaps the fastest most insane song you'll EVER hear and it's even fun to sing along with it to boot! Satan's Curse is probably the album's low point for me personally, it's just a little more repetitive and not as 'fresh' as everything else here, you'll see what I mean when you buy this album. Ok next is Holy Hell which is a devastating account of Hell taking over God himself! Has some of the most blasphemous lyrics I've heard in awhile! Twisted Minds is the longest and perhaps the most complex song here with some badass time signature changes it sounds like several different songs in one! Fallen Angel (another highlight for me) has that bone-chilling bell intro and sometimes I jokingly refer to this one as the "Taco Bell song", the rest of the song chugs along like no other. Last but certainly NOT least is a critical song since this where the DM genre got it's name in the first place! I love the lyrics to this one, telling a sweet story of how the minions of hell will take over and torture us with this "horrible sound" as they say. It just touches my heart, dammit! Of course all songs include unrelenting double bass drumming, DUAL shredders with some of the craziest solos, some semi-audible bass, and Jeff's awesome vokills.
Haha, anyway so there you have it, the best damn DM album ever, and it's arguably not even a "tr00" DM album to some! I hate using this following word (it tends to be overused on Amazon) but I have to say that this THE QUINTESSENTIAL death metal album!
If you like this then you will most likely enjoy other extreme metal faves such as Death's debut SBG, early Sepultura, Kreator, Morbid Angel, Celtic Frost, etc. LATER DUDES.
P.S. Yes I am a fanboy of this album and don't give a sh*t who knows it! WAHOO!
